I used my card to pay for my self wash. After washing, the machine said my wash cost $6.50. Looking at my bank account, they charged me $10. Giving it 2 stars because it cleaned my car. If you do, bring a hat because the pink foam was spraying all over me from the top. read more

Someone needs to figure out who owns this garbage joint and put him on blast. For 10 years he's been charging peoples cards for washes that either don't even turn on at all or don't finish at all. Scamming people and making a killing. Do not spend a single $ here or at the coffee shop next door. I have attempted to request refunds and connection to the owner with no success. Choose the $10.00 no touch wash. Machine failed halfway through, leaving my SUV covered in pre-wash and partial soap. Was forced to use the one next to it (brushes) for an additional $7.00. That one had NO soap but at least it rinsed it off (brushes are very rough). No numbers to call, so I guess I'll be joining the rest of the people on here and involve the BBB. This place used to be good but it's an epic fail now. Don't waste your money, no one is maintaining this place, and it's become an utter rip-off. They owe me $17.00 as far as I'm concerned. read more

I swiped my card to "pre" wash the tires of my car. It should have only been $3.00. When I got home and looked at my bank statement it is pending for $10.00 (hoping it's a hold and will correct itself.) I paid for the $7.00 auto wash after, nothing fancy but it should have at least cleaned my car. Worst car wash! Don't waste your money. UPDATE: The pending $10 charge turned into $15. So I was charged a total of $23 for the WORST car wash ever. It only washed the sides of my vehicle. I made a report to BBB and left a google review. I hope more people don't lose money before they address the issue or at least post signage that states you will be charged this much money if you use a debit card. If you do go CASH only! read more

I had to go wash my mom's car recently. The one good thing about this car wash is it's close to my house. I picked it because I wanted the self-service car wash, because of how dirty the car was, body lines, and moldings. All of these things seem to get in the way when I go through the regular car wash. Seems like only hand washing gets it thoroughly clean. I came by with my husband to help me, as I'm short and can't reach the roof of the car, even with the giant brush. So I needed help. That, and I don't do a ton of manual labor. I am much better at directing. We drive in to the stall, it's pretty big. Reminds me of a barn that's open at both ends. Next to us is an automatic car wash, that you either drive through or sit and let the brushes run around the car. Not sure, as I didn't explore that side. We get things going by feeding the vending machine-like thing money. It requires it to operate. You can choose water with soap, water to rinse, I think temperature, and a couple other things. My husband was in charge of this part, but I know he asked me to confirm what we were doing as we went. So after you feed the hungry machine, it gives you water. I started with soapy water, and my husband used the brush nearby to scrub it while I soaked the car down with a power washer wand. With the power washer wand, I was able to get the moldings and spots that traditional car washes miss, which made me happy. The part that didn't make me happy was the pressure from the power washer helped strip off some paint in a couple spots. Nothing huge, but it accentuated problems that already excised. Other parts I didn't like, the giant brush. Next time I'll bring a rag, as the brush just kind of moved the dirt around, not actually removing it. You can't pause the water either to get those problem spots completely before rinsing. The vacuums are less than stellar and I did better at home. If the weather was better, I would've washed the car at home where I could give it the attention to detail it needed. Am I a fan of this car was? Ehh, not really. It did its job, don't get me wrong. But if things like the vacuum and brush worked properly, having rags available, plus being able to pause the timer on the water to hit troubled spots, I think I would feel like I got my money's worth a lot more. Carefree Carwash - after leaving the car wash i wiped my hand on my car since i noticed dirt. The wash didn't even clean my car! - Car Wash Near Me - Springfield, Oregon

There are like 6 vacuums and none of them worked. Just wasted so many quarters simply trying to clean my car.

Do not spend your money at this car wash place. It took $12 from me and didn't wash my car at all and then when I waited to come around another car came through and they paid and it didn't even wash their car and they had just gone through the other side to wash theirs and it didn't work so neither side of the car wash worked and both of us were in our vehicles upset because there is absolutely no phone number anywhere around the building to call when there are issues. I left my phone number with a coffee shop to give to the owner and nobody ever called me and I never received my money back. This car wash is a joke and it's the worst one I've ever been to in my life. The owner is making a killing off of crappy car washes and doesn't do anything to fix or own mistakes and no business should be supported that doesn't leave a phone number when issues arise. Beware of this fake car wash and business. read more

The first self service bay did not work because the coin slot was jammed. I used the other self service bay to only find out that there was no soap or high pressure. I wish I would have looked here first!!That was the most frightening car wash ever! There is nothing more to say. Don't go there.

been using this car wash over others since august. After being in the shop for two weeks I got my car back and decided to go on the way back from the store.. I almost always do the drive thru one with the scrubber flappy things.. never had issues until last night when it not only bent both of my mirrors ALL THE WAY BACKWARDS and broke off BOTH of my windshield wipers.. will never go back again.. could have busted my windshield and seriously injured myself and my roommate. read more

Went to clean out my car, and the owner greeted me with hostility 5 minutes into cleaning out my car. "You know the trash is for customers and no one else right?" I thought maybe he was just a Karen trying to find something to complain about. I replied "yep, just cleaning out my car." he left, like two minutes later comes back and rants about people just dumping their stuff here and explains that he's the owner and then says he's got cameras and is just getting plates now and then leaves, I'm like okay he's just ya know doing his job so I half ass cleaning out my car and go to the auto-wash because I felt bad, get soap sprayed on and the machine makes a big clunk and stops. so I left with a sudsy car aggravated that I tried to be nice. This car wash is a mess and all tore up. I think the owner has some other priorities to settle before coming for someone just throwing some trash away in his trash cans. I'be come here a lot since I live around the corner but I'll be sure not to burden the owner anymore with my business. read more
