I reached out via phone since i live in California and spoke with Omar. He was great and agreed to video the car for me in the specific ways i wanted. I got the media back within maybe 20 minutes or so. It was great footage and what i asked for. I continued to work with Omar about the Mustang. I wanted to make sure it had all the options i wanted, was in the perceived condition detailed, and that it was not modded. Everything checked out and information came very fast despite being a guy over the phone who couldve been wasting their time. I ended up putting a deposit down for the car and spoke with Devin. He was super cool and answered all my questions. I made the trip out there knowing i would be driving the Mustang back. I was a bit nervous thinking it was not in the condition i thought. Devin was great in person but my car was even better! Sorry Devin. It is what it is lol. The car was everything detailed, photographed, and More. Took in my 2019 Tesla Model 3 for a chrome delete and window tinting. Both came out great, theres a few minor issues on the wrap on some sharp edges but overall I'm very happy with the outcome and the price was great. read more

Let me just start off by saying, if I could give Versionex 6 stars, I would! Nothing but good experiences here. Versionex is great because it's LOCAL, and who doesn't love local? Devin is absolutely amazing. He is professional, cares about quality, and you can tell that his love for cars really shines through the work done here. My boyfriend brought his Evo in to get a kit installed and to get it wrapped. The shop took their time and did everything right the first time, which is something that you can't get a lot of places these days. The wrap job was gorgeous. They offer so many colors here that you can really make your car stand out from the crowd. My boyfriend was and still is extremely happy with the work done. I took my bmw here about 6 months ago to have the windows tinted , they quoted us at $380 to have all 4 windows plus rear windshield tinted, not a problem they waited until we got in to pick up our car to tell us they couldn't do the back windshield because the defrost lines had previous tint on them, they tried peeling it off anyways and just left it... told us it would be $250 to get a new rear windshield and have it tinted prior to installation. So what was a $380 job just turned into over $600 . I declined because I couldn't afford that. They left the tint on my back windshield messed up , not to mention I have bubbles in my tint all the way around. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR DO NOT TAKE IT TO THEM, they will over charge you and try and swindle you for more money. My wife and I were having our first kid around this time so we got super overwhelmed with the situation and decided to just forget about it, now our new born gets bright beams of sunlight directly in her eyes because the back windshield super disappointed with the service they provided never will I recommend them... read more

My daughter (UO student) had a mishap this weekend, we sent a picture of the situation around noon via their website (what a great feature). Spoke to Devin, who was so nice and helpful on the phone. My daughter brought the car in an hour later. She was told it would take about an hour, which it did. Price was what was quoted and very reasonable. Since I am out of state, I was so relieved how quickly this was fixed and really how nice everyone my daughter and I encountered were. Took my R32 GTR here to have restoration work done. They assured me they could handle it. Needless to say I was displeased my most of their efforts. I was getting water in my trunk due to it being an old car. After some very poor welding attempts and bad fix my trunk is not sealed and I get massive amounts of water in there STILL. I went there not needing exterior paint and due to their mishaps had to have my trunk and rear quarters painted. I have clear runs all over the backside. They gave me back the car with massive rust holes in the wheel wells claiming they didn't want to fix it because it wasn't "In their wheel house". Yes they actually said that. There were also a number of things they just didn't do that were on the list. Why? We cant be sure. They would tell me it was going to be ready a countless amount of times and each time never meet the date or even notify me it was not going to make that date. They gave zero compensations due to their mishaps. They still owe me the rest of the ceramic coating I paid for but I don't even care anymore. I just don't want them to have my car again. read more

In 2017, I was in a bad accident. The at fault driver's insurance gave me 2 weeks to get my car in the shop or they wouldn't pay for it. VersionEX was the only auto shop that could get me in within that time frame & they seemed professional enough so I had them work on it. I had to take it back 3 separate times after they told me it was fixed because there were things they forgot like my passenger door still wouldn't shut all the way, there was still white paint scrapes on my car, etc etc. Each time I brought it back, they were very nice & quickly got my car back in the shop. They even gave me a gift voucher for the inconvenience. After everything looked great, I took my car & ended up closing my insurance case. Not long after, my car started having issues & driving weird. It felt like the alignment was really off, despite versionex fixing it 3 times (which seemed weird they had to do it 3 times). I took it to Hunter's Brakes & Allignment. They informed me I was missing a large, very important bolt for my control arm. They told me if I was driving much longer, my car would have basically spun out of control & there would have been nothing I could do about it. I told the guy I had just been driving on the highway & he said if it happened on the highway I probably would have died. I asked if this bolt could have fallen out on its own & he said no. The last place to work on my car was versionex. They basically almost killed me on top of making me come back 3 times for things they forgot to fix. I will never go back there. But I hope that they see this & can learn from it. They need to start being more thorough when fixing cars, especially cars that have been in accidents. I'm now nervous to let anyone look at or work on my car without me being present because of all the things they somehow missed or forgot to fix. They tried to blame the alignment shop that they chose to use 3 times so even if they were at fault I think versionex needs to take some responsibility. Maybe they should stick to aesthetic work because they clearly need more training before fixing cars after an accident. read more
