He handed me my drink, shut the window, randomly says "Merry Christmas" (it's February...), then reopens it abruptly again to give us our food. Instead of just handing it to us, he kind of tossed the bag at us and immediately shut the window again. Because he was moving so fast, he ended up dropping the bag with our order onto the dirty drive thru ground. Once he realized what happened his whole demeanor completely changed. Thankfully the actual food wasn't ruined but all the sauces fell on the ground and we had to actually get out the car to retrieve the food. It just really left a bad taste in my mouth. I totally understand wanting to have fun at work but there is a difference between being playful and being careless. It was honestly an upsetting experience overall and I left there pretty annoyed.
