There were many flavors and toppings to choose from, but the experience was ultimately quite forgettable. What stood out the most was that the shop looked messy. The toppings were spilling into each other and the table I sat at (and others around it) were sticky. Meh. Ew. Probably would not return.

I always like to put fresh fruit as my topping and it can be hit or miss with if the berries look good or not. It looks and feels like most frozen yogurt shops and the service is what you'd expect for a self serve frozen yogurt place. I will continue to come in, but do wish the fruit could be more consistent and fresh.

I don't think I'm coming back just because of the pricing. I will say, the quality of the fruits and everything inside is amazing, so you are paying for really great quality product. I don't speak Spanish unfortunately, but the workers there were so patient and nice. They are truly the sweetest. There's plenty of parking in front of the store since it's in a plaza. Some of their offerings are rather inexpensive and the other half seems too overpriced? Some flavors are better than others. I've only seen aguas frescas advertised here, never sold. I hope they will offer aguas frescas soon! I do suggest that the paletas with hard seeds be coarse filtered before being put into molds. The freezers are too big for the volume of paletas being stored, so the temperature of the freezer is warming up too much each time it is opened. Some of the paletas have partially melted at some point in the past. Decrease the volume of the freezer by placing empty boxes under the paletas to improve the freezer temperature and improve the perceived abundance of paletas. I can't speak for the nieves or Thrifty Ice Cream. Having eaten Thrifty Ice Cream at Thrifty's many times in the past, a comparison test will be easy. I regularly eat their paletas and will continue to support this much needed vendor in Phoenix, AZ. I hope they continue to improve. Paleta flavors include Jamaica, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Lime, Pineapple, Guava, Chamoy, Tamarind, Pistachio, Walnut, Rice, Coffee, Strawberries & Cream, and more. According to her, the pajamas I was wearing were not considered "real pajamas," even though I had read the posted dress code guidelines and my outfit clearly met the requirements. Was I going to argue with her in front of families and children over four dollars? Of course not. But I do hope she is spoken to about customer service. This place promotes itself as a neighborly, community-focused establishment, and unfortunately, her behavior completely removed the sense of community from this Zoyo experience. I do want to highlight that the employee helping us was absolutely amazing kind, welcoming, and a sweetheart. She was willing to apply the discount until the manager stepped in and made her remove it. There were other children wearing pajamas very similar to mine, and I sincerely hope their fun wasn't taken away as well, because Pajama Night is supposed to be a fun Wednesday evening event for families and kids. If you look at my Yelp history, I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews. I'm a very understanding person. However, when I feel that a company or someone representing it creates a genuine concern in terms of customer experience, I believe it's important to bring it to light
