This is a self service frozen yogurt chain shop. This is also the first Yogurtland I've been to where 4 of the yogurt stations were completely empty. Even with that, there's still a lot of flavors to choose from and a lot of decadent add-ins for your yogurt. You are charged by the oz and it's weird that they don't have a menu that shows prices except when you pay. It's $0.67 per ounce. I tried a little bit of 4 different flavors and added mostly fruit and it came out to $6.42. Overall pretty nice and tasty but definitely a bit expensive. read more

The frozen yogurt here is really good, they had different summer options this time around and change depending on the season. I do think this day in particular they didn't have a lot refilled on the topping section. However, they have A LOT of options in terms of candy and syrups which I was surprised about. If I could leave a 0 star I would. This location has absolutely TERRIBLE staff so don't be surprised if you get some sassy attitude and zero help on getting something as simple as frozen yogurt. You might think to yourself, "is it that bad of a business?". It is. I HAD to leave this review to let everyone know that the staff doesn't care about wether you want additional toppings. Or sampling other flavors incase you wanted to buy more yogurt flavors. I'm even upset I even spent so little when I came in wanting to get so much. Even as soon as we walked in through the doors they had to remind us how many minutes we had until they closed and when we made our purchase the employee ran to the door and made sure she locked it behind us. First off, I just want to say that I love frozen yogurt, but this location specifically i dont like. The flavors are not refilled frequently enough, they are always down, and they don't bother keeping the fresh fruit restocked. They allow the old fruits to just sit there. Yogurtland is hands down my fave yogurt and there's about four of them around Phoenix. Here - far west in Avondale, and a few in the east - downtown Scottsdale and in Tempe. There's never an icy texture and the flavors are always spot on. Unfortunately for me, I live in Central Phoenix and it's not exactly convenient to just pop on by for a bite. With that said, there's plenty of froyo around to pick from, and I still think it's worth the drive to Yogurtland every once in a while. They've usually got a special flavor or two; such as Taro (a fun tasting Pacific Islands fruit), Greek Raspberry and Banana, Pumpkin Pie, or Snowflake Mint. With their special flavors changing every few weeks. Their yogurt, in general, isn't too tart and tends to have more of a creamy flavor than other places, which is why I enjoy them over others. Grab a sample cup, try them all, mix up your favorites, throw in a topping or two, eat and enjoy. I have never had such bad service at a location that was extremely unprofessional. This is a very busy location and requires a lot of clean up inside and outside due to traffic. Location was unclean, one employee was at register young man. A women who could not tell if was a employee or not had no uniform or name tag nothing that said Yogurtland with work out clothing in and a cap. She was rude seemed to be agitated. She was not helping in front the one young man who was at the register. I have been to this place plenty of times in the past few years and it is a great spot to go and satisfy that SWEET TOOTH we all have (: They always have great flavor options for your ice cream (frozen yogurt technically but I absolutely disagree with the taste, texture, etc difference that people claim). The really big deal is the amount of toppings you get to put on your ice cream. They have everything from M&Ms and Reese's to stuff like fruits and cereal! You get to do alllll these steps on your own too which is fantastic, which then leads to the weighing of your cup for the check out. All the flavors at yogurtland are so tasty, like, Madagascar Vanilla, Dutch chocolate, pistachio, or my favorite Irish Mint Creme. The staff at yogurtland will always greet you as you enter the store. You can sample any flavor you wish before making your selection.
