Really bad service I went in tonight with my friend and her daughter at 8:00pm ordered at 8:07 we had already ordered me and my husband got our order and my friend didn't get her noddles and baby ice cream, take in consideration there was no clients there was a table plus us but that table was already leaving my friend didn't get her noddles until 8:28 unbelievable and yet they gave the noddles and didn't give baby's ice cream there was already one more table and they were working on there order because right when they gave us the noddles that table got their order, when I asked the lady that we were missing an ice cream she told me with attitude it's coming first time coming here I thought it was going to be a better service. read more

Quiet little shop filled with a lot of Mexican street food and the softest crepes. The environment is pretty hip, surrounded by a good mix of Spanish and English pop music. It's pretty spacious and I was so surprised that there was barely any customer because it's such a lovely shop and the food was pretty amazing! I tried the savory chipotle crepe. It's one of the softest, most chewy crepes I've ever had. This was topped with some leafy greens, 3 slices of tomatoes, drizzled chipotle sauce, and finished with tiny pieces of cheese. Spicy green and red sauces on the side if you need the extra flavoring. Inside the crepe was embedded with slices of ham, which was nice and interesting. Overall good experience!! This place is DECE. Wife and I stopped in before a wedding to get a quick sweetened coffee. We landed on the Iced Horchata Macciato, because we are both horchata lovers!! We may be white but we get down on some Hispanic cuisine!!!!!!! Anyways it was super tasty! Exactly what you'd think: cinnamon rice milk, with a yummy coffee addition to it! As we were sitting there enjoying the open, bright, cool atmosphere, the gal from the counter brought us a Green Tea Frappe on the house to try?!?! I don't know if it was an extra drink or if they made it to have us taste it but it was great!! Even better than the Macciato in my personal opinion! I use to go to this place a lot a long time ago. I went today and ordered a Manzana Prepearada. When I got home I noticed that the apple was super sour, old, and plainly rottening sour. I'm not sure why they are selling this and have this on their menu if it's not even up to health standards. I ate a slice and immediately started to feel bad stomach pains and my mouth was left with a nasty rotten flavor. I am definitely not returning, and this place should get checked for their safety measures and check their products before selling it to a customer. I also ordered a Tamarindo Raspado, as I was driving home it started to bubble up and separate. It started to taste pretty sour and nasty. As you can seen in the photos the Lechera cream became little balls and separated. This was just a bad experience overall. read more

So have come to this place many times and love the drinks and food. This time it really left me with a bad taste. So I order the tosti ceviche many times, comes in a big plastic container. My husband has gotten it for me 3 times to go. The chips get soggy after a while. I don't live close by probably 25/30 minutes away. This last time I asked my husband to order it with the chips on the side, well that was a mistake. Instead of the container they gave it to him in a cup and the chips on the side. Um for $16 and a 12 oz cup that's pretty expensive. My husband told them why can't he have it in the regular container it comes in instead of the cup?!? The lady said that's how it's been. Glad we found this place. We only had their crepes and waffle. We loved them. The batter was your basic stuff but the presentation was super cute. They put the Nutella inside the crepe and the waffle came with a scoop of ice cream. Little things like this make a difference. The place was nice. There's a TV and play area for kids. I found this spot on instagram and I was immediately intrigued. The customer service at Raspados Imperial is stellar! The employees are kind and patient, especially when inquiring about their different treats. The prices are fair considering their generous servings and awesome presentation (check out their instagram). I love their elotes en vaso with chips and their iced coffee. I had a horrible experience in this place!!!! The owner pretty much kicked us out because we were the last to order before closing time. The owner walked in after closing time (we were waiting in line for our order to be taken and the place was full) and the owner noticed that the door was unlocked and he yelled at his employees in front of everybody and said why haven't you guys locked the doors, we are closed already and was rushing the employees to finish their duties.
