It is in Scottsdale so prices are a bit higher, and they did charge extra for gluten free toast but I appreciated being asked about it before they assumed we would be ok with the up charge. Well let me tell you this, Butterfields should change their name to "Worlds Best Pancake"! I grew up in a southern household and thought nothing could top mom's homemade pancakes but boy was I wrong. Even if you don't "love" pancakes you owe it to yourself to visit and you might become addicted. Their basic pancake is incredible and they have tons of options to mix it up. I tried the pecan apple topping and it was great. As you can see in the pictures the portions are huge.
