In reality, there is no indication of matcha outside of the color. If I didn't know that there was supposed to be matcha in it, I would have attributed the color to something like kale alone. It wasn't bad, but it definitely is not what is advertised. Something I was also baffled about was the general poor service. The cashier didn't know what was in the smoothie when I made sure it was dairy free, and it was exponentially slow considering that I was the only person there. I can attribute both of those to training issues, but there's also the matter of the topic of conversation very loudly being held by the employees, which kind of ruined the vibes.

Here you get a watered down coconut milk with an overly sweet, syrupy lavender that is so sweet it's sickening, and a mouthful of dried roses. Even when I asked about it, I was told no. And when I asked if they could toss mine in the trash they said I could walk down the dirty curb to the overflowing trash can that's probably been full for the entire week. I left it on their counter. This after paying almost $38 for two overly sweet bowls, and this "yuck water." No refund offered. And they kept the 20% tip. Don't come here. Let's also not forget the filthy outside tables, chairs, and concrete. And the inside so dirty and they had their child running around in the cramped space. ** update: The manager was informed and reimbursed my "latte" -- not the tip but then she offered a coffee from her other store.

We walked in and the juice machine was down, which also meant no smoothies or wellness shots so that was already a bummer. We pivoted to acai bowls to keep it easy and yeah... not it. I got the tropical and the pineapple tasted off, like weird fermented wine vibes. Fruit overall was just bleh. The almond butter wasn't even drizzled, just a random scoop sitting there. And the acai itself? Kinda bland, didn't really hit. Only upside was a beautiful night and solid outdoor seating. Had a great time with my friend but the bowl didn't deliver. Not something I'd come back for and not really missing anything here.

I didn't visit Frost Gelato as a customer. I was delivering 30 gallons of milk through a delivery…read moreservice. There were no delivery instructions or location preference provided. I parked in front of the store and unloaded all 30 gallons into my small camping wagon. The storefront has large windows all around, so the staff could clearly see me unloading the entire order. Only after I had finished and was about to bring everything inside did an employee, a young blond man, come out and tell me they wanted the delivery brought to the back instead. A simple heads-up at the beginning would have saved a lot of unnecessary work. Instead, I had to haul the entire load around the building after already unloading it. To top it off, the tip was just $1. Delivery drivers work hard, often in extreme Arizona heat while handling heavy loads. A little communication and basic consideration go a long way. Based on this experience, I won't be accepting deliveries to this business again.

The panacotta is a great topping and the boba was fresh, even later in the evening. The mango tiramisu was a perfect treat. It had a jello‑like topping with fresh mango pieces, and the creamy moist bites were delicious. I really enjoyed the consistency and flavor. We played checkers while we hung out. I would love to come back to try more teas and desserts. I definitely want to try the waffle because it smelled amazing. There are plenty of places to sit and everything was very clean.
