I used to absolutely love the food here, until I found out the attitudes that came behind it. I know some of the peoples names who work here (being someone who is pretty regular), but no names will be present. To be informed that there is a mice problem and seeing gloveless hands is one thing but to also hear some of what I have has disgusted me. Everytime I have come through, sometimes with my niece of 5 years old & my nephew of 7 (they love the shakes) there has been tons of swearing, sexual discussion and talk about drugs from doing to selling them on location. This most recent time they left the window open (which is not surprising) and I heard mocking of some poor girls suicide attempt and her road to recovery. I was a regular. My niece would ask me what their words would mean. She is far too young and to hear this and my nephew ask the same is so heart wrenching. At any other burger place I heard nothing of the sort and saw only sanitary means. If you want somewhere more sanitary and genuine, and a place you won't here the f bomb repeatedly screamed from the back, look elsewhere. Very disappointed, I would go here every week a few times, it was one of my all time favorites. This is mainly the night staff, I have rarely had an issue with days. Not to mention when I did see female workers during the later times they would always be treated horribly (from seeing a very small woman employee with a cast on being shoved around by some big guy, to name calling). Please go to Five Guys, or Mudmans or even Mcdonlads.Hell, even Burger King. This behavior is far from okay. A lot of disrespect to each other and the customers who only want a quality, delicious meal and fantastic customer service. I am not one to write reviews, but with this being almost everytime going through I had to. Also, check your bags. If you are not careful they may miss something and make you charge extra. We have eaten In Furgals many times and the food is pretty good. We have found that before eating, we have to clean our table--water and several napkins-before siting down. We aren't neat freaks but I don't feel like sticking to the table tops, nor dragging my sleeves in old food. It's just not cleaned. It may be given a quick swipe but the fllors, chairs, and tables need a good, throrough cleaning. Staff needs to be trained that as soon as people leave, the tables, chairs, and even under the tables, need to be cleaned well and completely, disinfected, and made ready for the next people. For now, we've cleaned our last table and chairs for Frugal. The staff isn't that busy, especially some time during the day, to mop and clean the legs of tables and chairs, too. and all those areas. We might check it out in a few weeks but for now we won't go in. read more

I ordered a huckleberry shake and somehow ended up with a vanilla. Not happy. Also not happy to hear jokes about a girls suicide attempt, I was wondering what happened to all the nice girls on night crew, seems to me they are driven away. Don't understand why vaping is allowed on the job where people can see and definitely do not appreciate being called names for just wanting what I ordered. For context, a friend at the table ordered a half side salad that appeared to contain noticeably more lettuce than the entrée salad I received. Based on typical expectations, an entrée salad is generally a more substantial portion. Normally 4-6 ounces for an entree salad. I have been in the restaurant business for over 45 years as a manager and owner so I completely understand restaurants have established portion standards and operational considerations. This was way beyond acceptable by any means. Needless to say I will never be back and will share my experience.
