Food was cold- ordered 2 spicy mc chicken w chesse and could taste pickel even though i had none on it- wich would only lead to cross contamination... unfortunately i had to throw it all away as im allergic to pickle.. while i was in there waiting i also noticed ABSOLUTELY NO ONE was wearing gloves - not even the managers... thats highly unsanitary and has to be some type of health violation- you can have your hand washing rules sure but ... its literally mcdonalds aint nobody wash theyre hands regularly... last thing is when my food was ready and the worker went to hand it to me she literally threw it at me , causing it to slide off the counter- luckily i was a RB in HS and caught it before it hit the ground- very rude and disrespectful- and all she said was nice catch- no apology or anything!!! After spending $22 on two meals, they got my order wrong. Then they suggested I just take it anyway, because they were really busy. This is after I had to wait 30 minutes in a drive through for my food. I told them to fix it and they told me to pull around and wait. They made me wait longer and didn't fix it, instead it appeared they just spit on my burger. It was inedible, needless to say we won't ever go back. read more

I live near this location . First of all never get nuggets here they are cold and nasty . When they are fresh and hot they taste good but cold they gross . Secondly the young lady that works the headset in the mornings is very rude never says thank you. She is very bitter in the morning about waking up early . Drive thru service was a nightmare. All I ordered was 2 cheeseburgers and 2 happy meals. All the fries for all 4 of the "meals" I ordered were cold and tasted like dirty fry oil. Also tried giving us chocolate milk with both happy meals when we only stated milk. The cherry on top was I received no receipt or straws. I will bring my business elsewhere when I take my children out for a cruise and burgers. In hindsight the burgers are the only edible food out of the bag. Every time I come here it's like they don't have stuff ready. They always seem confused on how to process orders. How do you not have hash-browns ready during a morning rush. Same with fries they seem to always be out or cold. Seriously this business owner needs to figure it out. I was in line for 20 minutes and still have to wait for hash-browns. The location of this McDonald's is the oldest in the valley. Ever since they went thru an extensive rehab/revamp and "modernized" the service has gone downhill immensely. The kids that work there with the "that should be right" attitude are poster children for anyone against raising the minimum wage. There is a Mc Ds just up the hill, north of town where the employees seem to value their store, work ethic and jobs a lot more. If you don't mind waiting 20+ minutes for an egg McMuffin and coffee this is the place for you. read more

So... we brought our son and his friend in for ice cream and play at 3 pm today, playland was FULL of kiddos, which is normal. However the dining room had about 5 people in there. The dining room was a MESS absolute mess! Every trash can was over flowing (picture below) there were happy meal boxes, fry cartons, fries, straw wrappers all over the floor, and we even encountered a fellow customer who was actually restocking the drinking station napkins and straws ( the gentlemen said it never fails every time he comes in he does it for the other customers, not the employees) people's left over crap all over the tables, and there wasn't one clean table I actually had to ask a one of the employees for a rag to wipe a table (she was on break and sweet enough to grab one and clean that one table for me) Mind you we we were there for 1.5 hours and not one employee came out to clean up the dining area, and it was NOT busy while we were there. The manager was standing up by the drive thru window talking about charging customers $5 every time someone at the order box said "just one minute" before figuring out what they ordered. The ladies bathroom was deplorable at best, one stall was locked, the other someone had completely blown out leaving one working stall. Usually this one is the worst of the three here in town. We only go for the girl in the morning she is the best and always brings a smile to our faces and jokes around. They get the food right most of the time, but sometimes I get funny mixture of drinks (like Dr Pepper and root beer) which is from not cleaning the machines properly. read more

Steven happened to be the one helping us tonight not just once but twice. He went out if his way to make sure we came back and left happy. If I could give a negative score for the McDonalds next to Arby's I would. We order to go that night and got burgers that had an awful rancid smell, I have a cold and couldn't smell it until I had already eaten half of mine. It smelled like they pulled it out of a trash can and slapped a bun on it or someone dropped it on the nasty floor until a fryer. The WORST feeling knowing you ate something either nearly expired or worrying a damn parasite is going to grow in your stomach after eating it. I am horrified and I feel sick when I even think about it. Best be ready to compensate my medical bill if I get sick from that nasty food. 20/10 would not recommend. read more

Very poor management, the manager got in my friends face when we had complained about a wrong order when we brought the mistake to light. Open 24 hours, it's a typical Mickey D's. But since it's Montana, there isn't much else open for a late bite. Occasionally I crave their chicken nuggets and when you come here during rush hour not only are they fast, but fresh. If you're gonna do McDonalds, this is a good one. I have lived in the valley 15+ years and have watched this McDonald's take a nose dive. I just went through the drive through not 15 minutes ago and my order was completely screwed up! I asked three different times if it was correct because the price was incorrect for a 2 cheeseburger meal with root beer. I received one burger and Sprite.... WTF!! I asked three times and it was STILL screwed up! This is not my first incidence with the incorrect orders or bad service. I will not go back, and the other stores, one by Costco and the one in Evergreen, all owned by the Hadwin's is NO better. At the one in Evergreen, I watched the cashier take my cash and then proceed to turn around and make sandwiches without washing her hands or putting on gloves!
