Burgers here are sooo damn good and juicy lol. I love their fries and shakes!!!! Fat kid loves cake, YES! I just hate it when there's a big line and I'm starving. But other than that, the price is inexpensive but the quality of their burger is off the hook! read more

So. Freaking. Good. We came here after a marching band competition, because it was kind of late, we were cold, and we wanted fast, cheap comfort food. This place did not disappoint. Super-friendly staff, hot, fresh food and FRY SAUCE! We'll definitely be back again. read more

Holy cow this place definitely has some of the best burgers around. Good fries and pretty awesome shakes. Definitely give them a whirl if you are near any of there locations you will not be disappointed. read more

Frugals - This is my double cheeseburger add tomato and bacon. Yummy - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Washington

Frugal's is one of those places that doesn't really look like much, but WOW! What a burger! What crispy fries, and what THICK, THICK shakes! AHHHH! I'm getting all hungry and crap just THINKING about this place! YUM! Okay, stop! Control yourself! Breathe in, breathe out...breathe in, breathe out! Ahhh, Isn't that better? NOW, TURN AROUND AND GET BACK IN THAT DRIVE-THRU LINE AND ORDER YOURSELF SOME GRUB! YOU WON'T BE SORRY YOU DID!! read more

Giving frugals five stars because out of all the fast food burger joints, frugals is the king! Lately over the last year the quality and freshness has been off the charts paired with a frugal price. Try them out you won't be disappointed but know they have a basic menu burgers, chicken sandwiches, shakes and fries with limited time specials. read more

Yum! There's no place to sit but that's OK cause it's located near a mini mall with good stores to eat in the car & make it a Romantical dinner. I really enjoy the halibut sandwich & My Love went for the monster burger which comes with 4 patties & free fries. Their fries are delicious! read more

Frugals - Great burgers & fries! - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Washington

I would say if your looking for an old fashioned style burger with fast service you could do worse. What I like about them is they keep it simple and don't drown the burger in sauce. They are underwhelming but good if that makes sense? When we see one and are hungry it's an easy decision over the fast food chains and the stainless diner look is always cool. read more

Frugals - Love these burgers. - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Washington

It is what it is. Definitely a fast food joint. I expected it to be alittle better but the burger and fries were decent. Service was fine but I probably wouldn't return if I'm looking for a good burger. read more

Probably my favorite burger in Washington Best price burger around as well if you haven't tried it go for it! read more

Excellent food! My favorite quick burger place. Love being able to drive through when I've got my car full of kids and pick up good quality food that isn't full of the crap that places like McDonald's use. Burgers are delicious, fries are addictively good, and I will keep coming back for more! read more

I have passed this place a ton of times and if you have spent any time in Auburn you have as well. I asked a friend who lived there if it was worth a stop and he said, "Only if you want a cheap greasy, roadside burger". Well, turns out one day I did and I swung through Frugal's and I can tell you this was no roadside burger. This burger was pretty damn good and even though they are not going to put Red Robin out of business I would take this burger over any fast food burger you can get locally. It was a good meal for a good price and worth your time to check out. read more

Great burgers in Western Washington. Way better then Dick's. Reasonably priced.

We went here tonight, and I had to write a review because the burger was the best I've had in a long time. My husband and I each ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. The burger was 1/4 lb and the bacon was generously portioned and delicious. The service was also fast considering there were a few cars ahead of us. And it's only $1 to upgrade your drink to a shake in the combo. This is my favorite burger joint in Auburn. read more

Loved it my Boss turned us on will return again. Telling all my family and friends Thanks

Really good burgers. They are super busy so you have to be patient. But really tasty burgers. Probably just as good as in n out and shake shack but thats a different story. Only problem is the long lines but its worth it. Shakes are really good as well. read more

Great cheese curds, hamburger, customer service! We love it. Peach cream shake was way too sweet tho.

Frugals is part of what I consider the south-of-seattle-burger-anomaly, a geographic area where fantastic burgers can be found in the oddest places. Frugals draws a loyal crowd with it's fresh, juicy burgers -- great fries -- and super shakes. Quality of ingredients is clear in every Frugals burger, they just taste 'fresh' -- as if the cheese, beef and bun were all made that day. It's drive-thru configuration makes it an easy destination for lunch, or dinner on the way home from work. The nearby Game Farm Park provides a great place to take your food in the summers, for a burger under the big open sky. read more

I thought their burger was ok. I got the 1/4 cheeseburger. The party was too thin for me. It was also very salty too.... French fries on the other hand needed salt. They tasted like any other frozen fries you could make at home. The price is quite fair. $9 for 2 burgers, fries and a drink. read more

Frugal's is my all time favorite burger place! They have perfectly seasoned burgers and their fries are delicious! The thing that I love most about them is that I'm a picky eater so I order my burgers without any sauce and only pickles and lettuce and I have never received a wrong order from them! I eat there multiple times a month and have never had a bad experience! read more

After a LONG day at the vet, my mom and I decided to stop by here for a quick bite before we hit traffic on the way home. The cool airstream look caught our eye and the name Frugals! My mom really liked her 1/4pound cheeseburger, but I didn't think it was that great. The fries were so-so. Dick's is much better! I also think McDonalds angus burger is better. But again, my mom thought it was great! I wish they offered something not on a bun or bread. I do have to say I bumped them up a star because they had AWESOME customer service. The lady taking our order was ON IT, and made sure everything was right. I would come back just because of her and give it another shot. read more

Cruised to this burger joint, last night, before going to the movies. We were a little bummed to find out it was ONLY a drive thru... not a place to go inside. But, we dealt with it. And their prices are wonderfully low. My wife and I each got the Number 2: Cheeseburger, fries and a 24oz. soda. The food wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. And someone drew a cute snowman on our bag, and wrote "Happy Holidays" on it. Really cute. If we find ourselves out in Auburn again, we would definitely be willing to drive through Frugals again, for a cheap and quick bite to eat. read more

Oh so good when you want a juicy burger with all the fix'n and your not counting calories! Don't torture yourself and treat yo'self instead! The fries and fry sauce is the staple with an orange sherbert shake...you had me at still using plastic straws!! read more

This place is actually really good. A lot better than the pictures on here would lead you to believe. The prices are on par with all the franchise fast food places but the quality is way better. read more

Great burgers, good shakes, okay fries. Prices are good. Service is good and fast. All you can ask for in a fast food restaurant. read more

You know what makes this frugal amazing? Well I mean the food obviously because it's AMAZE! But seriously it's the amazon woman who calls me sweet heart and sugar. Omg I love her. If she left I would start eating wherever she went. I tell you wat! Love ya baby! (She calls me that too) lol I mean I'm sure everyone but it really makes me smile! read more

Best burger day in an day out in all of Western Warshington. Extremely consistent, fast and courteous service and most importantly the burgers. Awesome shakes. read more

This burger place is so awesome, you don't even have to have a car to order in the drive thru setting!! And boy we weren't the only ones who walked a great distance for a freshly made burger. It was a simple, but delicious cheeseburger with the perfect everything, just like how I would make it at home at a family gathering. The guy who worked the window was also very nice, had a genuine smile, and friendly looking. I'll be back to try other things instead of just a burger!! Did I mention their price points are perfect? read more

Great tasty burger and fries. Had the bacon cheeseburger the burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Not like other places that over cook and dry it out. Bacon was excellent thick and flavorful. Fries were fresh and really good too. I would have gave five stars but they lost one star for the funky tasting lettuce they put on the burger. Had to take it off it tasted like the bagged pre cut stuff. Come on guys fresh lettuce isn't that hard to do. read more

Best local cheeseburger I've found so far. The price is right. As a California transplant, I miss In-n-Out, and Frugal's is the next best thing. One little thing to remember is to ask for (pay for?) dipping sauce when you order at the drive through window, BEFORE you pick up your food. I asked for dipping sauce at the pick up window, and the lady gave me one sauce "on the house". Dick's Burgers also charges for side sauces, so maybe that's a Washington burger joint thing. In-n-Out doesn't charge for a side of their Thousand Island dressing, so I'll adjust. Great burgers, great service, solid price. Frugals is drive through only (no sit down dining), so you'll have to enjoy this yummy deliciousness in your vehicle. If you eat outside your vehicle in the parking lot, you will make friends with at least seven hungry ravens. read more

I love this spot. I ALWAYS get the bacon cheeseburger without pickless with the fries plus fry sauce and a oreo shake.... BUUUUT. Everytime I go around 7:30pm-830pm ish (and they usually close a lot later)they always tell me they're shake machine is down and this is at least 6 times.. smh They probably always want to close so soon. People always have a sweet tooth at night than the day ! Other than the machine being down (which I will never understand why) I would give this a 5 star. I would definitely buy a bacon cheeseburger than a big mac! But please. TELL THE STAFF TO STOP BEING LAZY AND KEEP THE MACHINE UP AND WORKING... smh this happens every other day if not DAILY and I am a Auburn Local resident so I come alot and I give good business.. please don't make me change my mind over some shakes... because I give it chances on top off chances with these shakes... but anyways.... love the food. read more

They serve pretty decent burgers for only being a drive through. The burgers are decently sized and the condiments in the sandwich are moderate. The price was that of an average burger. It's an "ok" place for a burger. read more

The burgers are excellent! They are large with fresh toppings and plenty of seasoning. The fries are really good, especially with fry sauce. The only negative were the milkshakes. Strawberry milkshake was neon from the strawberry syrup and the texture and taste weren't great. read more

The Frugal burger combo is perfect. Just remember to asked for tomato slices or you won't get them.

Always good food and great "peeps" to help me!!.... today I didn't get my debit card back- called- went and got it-- they handed it back with a gift certificate that covered my next meal-- not even necessary as it was just as much my fault and life is waaaay to short to get cranky!!... but I appreciate it and will be a loyal customer-- THANK YOU ROCK STAR STAFF read more

Drive thru only, not cheap, but really pretty decent fresh fried burgers and fries. Americana at its finest. I love the fact that you have the option of choosing specific toppings - and there are plenty of choices. Drive thru window is available from either the right or left side, which is occasionally convenient because many people prefer to avoid the left side yogi contortionism required to reach through the passenger window if you're flying solo. Food isn't instantaneous because they're actually cooking it but they do move things right along. Only other negative is that if you're heading towards Hwy 18 you're going to have to squeak through the alleyway by Walgreens. Still - Frugals is a solid burger choice in Auburn. read more

Delicious home style burgers and fresh cut fries! Shakes were on point as well!! We don't live in the area but found them through yelp and the reviews don't lie!! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again :) read more

This place is definitely a keeper. Initially drawn in by the retro diner car style, I decided to stop in after reading the reviews & definitely wasn't disappointed. There's nothing worse than a burger so saturated in grease that it's served on a soggy bun with limp fries, so I was more than delighted to see the crispy fries and toasty bun when I got my order. It was easily the best cheese burger I've had in a long time, so I'll be sure to stop in the next time I'm in town. read more

I used to go to Frugals all the time, but I will never go again. While i can understand occasional messed up order. I cannot and will not understand something that looked like dental floss in my chicken sandwich. I will never return. read more

Nice burger joint, with fair prices! This is a popular spot, last night was my first time and the two lane drive thru gets the line down in no time. There's a lot of different burgers to choose from and will have to try some more next time I'm in the area! All in all- GREAT CHOICE read more

Monthly special burger for $3.99 and it's always been good in my experience. Bacon blue cheeseburger month was the best!
