I was in and out in about 5 minutes, but the woman behind the counter seemed bothered that I was asking questions about the muffins like the flavors. The display case doesn't have them listed by the muffins. There's a flavor board behind the counter which is helpful, but it would be better if they were each labeled somewhat so you could see and pick them. I asked 2 questions overall and panicked and just picked 2 other flavors hoping they would be okay, but it wasn't as good of an experience as last month and left me a bit flustered. I'm never expecting over the top super happy, springy first thing in the morning but rolling your eyes and acting exhausted from 2 questions just seemed like a bit much for a happy and bright muffin spot.

They have two cases filled with yummy cookies and depending on how many you are going to purchase they give you the appropriate size cute box which is very carefully packaged. This time we tried their lemon cookies, chocolate chip and Florentine and all were very good! I believe if you buy a dozen there is a discount but every cookie is little more than $2 but they are a nice big size. They always taste like they just came out of the oven! Nice and fresh!

There are always seasonal cookies on offer -- last month Christmas, now heading into Valentine's Day and soon Easter. The cookies are always moist and fresh, and you'd better plan to get there early in the day if you want your pick. I learned this the hard way when I sashayed into the store an hour before closing, mouth watering for my absolute favorite (now), the Toffee Turtle cookie. Those babies were long gone, so I had to "settle" for the next tier of favorites. In fact a few of those were gone as well. That'll teach me. I stepped away from my usual go-to chocolate and settled on a scoop of pineapple and a strawberry. For some reason, whenever I see those two flavors, I have to get them together. My kid chose salted caramel(?) and another flavor(?)- but both were really good as well. My only thing is that while the flavors themselves tasted fresh, the texture of the cream wasn't silky smooth. I totally get that my 2 flavors had fruit chunks in them, but even the cream felt a bit lumpy. That said, the strawberry tasted like strawberry, the pineapple tasted like it and my daughter's too. To also add- there was no hint of freezer burn at all.
