Came on a Monday around 12:30 and was quoted a 40min wait for three people but ended up waiting only 5 min! I think we hit the end of the lunch rush. The space isn't huge and we actually saw a larger group decide to not eat there since they were going to split them up into groups of 4. You can sit down and at but they also have a counter where you can order just drinks and pastries. I got the biscuit sandwich with homemade pimento cheese and ham. The size was actually a little smaller than I was thinking it would be and it came out on a salad plate (see picture). Unfortunately this was a bit of a let down. The pimento cheese was delish. But the biscuit was a little stodgy and the ham was straight SALT. Like... Eating salt. Definitely overpowered all the other flavors. I ended up removing over half of it from my sandwich. Others in my group got the brisket sandwich, good flavor and not as fatty of a cut of brisket which was nice. And a huge serving of potato wedges on the side that were well made. Amazing coffee shop out here in Nashville with a variety of food options. The atmosphere is nice for a casual group hangout or a quick bite. Super trendy and ambiance is inviting. We paid with our phones via QR code when the waiter dropped of the bill. I came here for a rosemary latte and a salad with chicken as an add-on. We visited the Frothy Monkey in Chattanooga last summer and loved it. When we were looking for an awesome breakfast place in Nashville, we were happy to find a Frothy Monkey near our hotel. We checked in around 10:30 am on a Sunday, and there was a 50 minute wait (not surprising at all). The hostess texted us in about 30 minutes, and our table was ready. My wife had the California breakfast. I had the biscuit with chorizo gravy. Both of us enjoyed our food - delicious!!! My wife had a delicious draft cold brew, and I had a black coffee. Food was on point. We had the andouille sausage and hash and Broadbent omelet one morning. Went back for round two the next day and had the bagel and the farm breakfast. Breakfast was great. Looking for a unique place for brunch and the name just sounds fun! Arrived and had a 30 min wait. Not too bad but it was hot outside sitting at the tables. Probably best to explore the arcade a little while you wait. So once we were seated we started perusing the menu. Lots of interesting things to choose from. I had the Clyde. This was their version of a Rueben. Pretty good. Chips and salsa side is an interesting choice Farm breakfast was pretty good. Everything was pretty fresh. The food was so good! I ordered all sides and it was fantastic. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly and the service was very quick. They honestly had the best hot tea since I've been in town and I'm tempted to go back once more before I leave. They also let you hang out all day to study or work which is why I chose this location. We had been walking around in Nashville all day the previous day and we were a little wary of the crowds and no social distancing enforcement. They did a great job with table spacing and provided masks to customers who walked in without any masks. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point. I got the Lady Lavender Latte and my friend for the Rose Pistachio Matcha. Both were well balanced and flavorful. We were seated after a short wait and received our food shortly after ordering. I got the Britt with a side of bacon. The sandwich had fresh salmon and the sprouts were a nice touch. The bacon was nice and crispy! Driving through town, this restaurant was recommended by hotel staff we stayed. Originally we were planning to have a breakfast at the hotel but due to the wait time, we decided to find something that didn't have a long wait time. Boy we were wrong. Usually when we get seated at the restaurant for breakfast, I expect to eat and check out within an hour longest. It took us about hour and a half plus. We were expected to be seated right away since we called in advance but ended up waiting about ten to fifteen minutes which wasn't too bad. From the moment we sat down until we got our food, it took over 40 minutes. Food was great but can't decide if it's worth a wait. If you are in a hurry or if you are already feeling hungry, I wouldn't recommend to come in after 9am. At least, that was our experience. read more

Our server was nice too. They had lots of choices to pick from the menu. They even offer dinner items which start at 4pm (as I remember). I got Monkey Mocha as my coffee. It has banana syrup which makes it different than regular mocha. The banana taste wasn't strong -almost not taste it- until you reached the bottom. So, as for a regular mocha, it was good, but as for Monkey Mocha, it was so-so. For my food I got Capri. The taste was good and small portion. If you are like me eat small portions without having leftovers, then Capri is for you. But if you eat a lot in one sitting, then you may still stay hungry lol My partner got California and Turtle Latte. California looked very simple tbh. Eggs on the toasted breads came with some sides (avocado and sprouts). Turtle Latte had pecan syrup. Which you could really taste it from the beginning. Overall, I don't think it is 'the best'. Maybe because it's located in downtown they went this way; other locations could be better or even 'the best' as some articles claimed. However, I am not thinking of trying again. If I live there I may consider going to all the different locations, but if you have a limited time to spend in the town like me, then I would pass it. read more

We just stopped in for coffee and stayed for breakfast. Luckily my husband and I arrived before the crowd, around 8:30 on a Saturday morning. I ordered chai latte and a buttermilk biscuit. The chai was good, pretty standard but unfortunately the biscuit was a bit tough and a little drier than I expected. Nothing that butter, jam or honey couldn't fix. My husband had a house coffee concoction and the french toast which was good but not great. However the portion was a good size. The fan favorite around us seemed to be sausage and biscuits made with chorizo. That portion looked huge. Next time I'll try that. The place is a great space with exposed brick and completely industrial. I loved the look. Service was fantastic.
