I really enjoyed the details she included about Indian culture and the history behind the recipes. Whether you're super handy in the kitchen or have never cooked before, the class will adjust to your needs. We received a copy of the recipes after so we could make again at home. I enjoyed being able to bring a bottle of wine if you want a drink during the cooking class. Everything was very clean and sanitary throughout the visit. Kids cook, eat and play. It's soo much better than them playing games at home. But if you want them to stay an extra hr beyond the 6pm to 8pm than it will be an additional $10. It was a true hands on fun experience; I would try again and high recommend those foodies that love to get their hands dirty while learning from two wonderful experts about the history of Ramen.
