Well it didn't give me an option for relatives and friend of the payer. So I register them the best I could and sent the staffs a note on that part. The theme session lasted 2 hrs. Kids cook, eat and play. It's soo much better than them playing games at home. But if you want them to stay an extra hr beyond the 6pm to 8pm than it will be an additional $10. I would like to register the kids to this every month. They liked it and I get to make them do something else beside video games soo win win!

The flavor of fresh shrimp is so much more superior to the jumbo frozen shrimp that I have in my freezer. My New York Strip was better than Ruth's Chris or Morton's. I need a little practice with the tenderness of my lamb chops but the flavor was there. I experimented with scampi butter, Cajun and other seasonings.

I really enjoyed the details she included about Indian culture and the history behind the recipes. Whether you're super handy in the kitchen or have never cooked before, the class will adjust to your needs. We received a copy of the recipes after so we could make again at home. I enjoyed being able to bring a bottle of wine if you want a drink during the cooking class. Everything was very clean and sanitary throughout the visit. Jess was quick to respond and said she could handle. I picked up on the time as promised, and that evening, we cut into the cake. I was surprised to see all icing as a filling. The cream cheese icing had a very butter forward flavor, so much I couldn't tell it was cream cheese. My husband couldn't tell either, he said it was missing the tang that you normally get with a cream cheese icing. I did reach out to Jess with my disappointment. She did apologize, claims the mousse was there, but also mentioned mousse fillings were not something she was used to. I wish that had been communicated with me so that I could have been informed in order to make a decision on a baker I felt was appropriate that could actually handle the job. Instead, we ended up with a cake that I do not feel like I got what I asked or paid for. It ended up being a very expensive small slice of cake because it was one slice and done.

The owner Francois is very friendly and welcoming from day one I signed up for class, this is a school so you need to call and make reservations, pay in person. The classes fill up fast from the repeat customers, some the repeaters have taken over 380 classes, I was like Wow, take the class U will realize why, he is a expert! Loads of fun and laughter. He explains everything in detail and take home the menu that night. You will introduce yourself, eat, drink wine, laugh, share your thoughts. Adequate free parking, school is easy to find. The food was mouth watering and very tasteful, no regrets. Alot of couples were celebrating events so this makes a great gift to give someone also.. Schedule is ongoing, the cooking school is on FB.
