It was a Saturday evening and we put our name on the wait list at 545p and finally got a lane at 8p. SO I recommend reserving in advance if you can. The first thing I noticed was the very visible Rock Hill PD Cruisers out front. There were three of them and there was an uniformed officer stationed at the front door. Yes, you and your family will feel safe here. It's got a massive Arcade, think Dave & Busters level with electronic games for kids & adults of all ages. The big balloon claw pick up was very popular. They do the 'card swipe' so you can purchase and reload with value and when you 'win' the ticket value is credited back to the card or they have a prize exchange area. A huge bar with wide screen TV's very prominent in the center of the facility and just adjacent to the kitchen where you an order Pizza, Wings, Tenders and fries and yes they serve beer. If you like the idea of throwing an axe, they got you. I also liked the retro Pac-Man and Galaga game that are 'huge'! There are 14 bowling lanes and each has a huge HDTV over it and there is another one over the end of each lane. We watched the Commanders take down the Lions in an epic NFC division play-off game. It's computerized and automated so you have a touch screen at your lane table where you start your round and order your food. A very prominent video screen above so you can track your score. What's very different is the use of Robots to deliver the food.They also have attendants to bring the beverages, napkins, straws and check on you from time to time. Roaming CSR's available to answer questions and solve problems. We had pizza, chicken tenders and fries and I was surprised at how good the meat lover pizza was. I also like that they have the weight of each ball prominently stenciled on each ball and there are lots of choices. We all commented on how quickly the ball gets returned and the pins are re-set. It really helps to keep the pace of your round. In the winter time, this is a great place to gather with family and friends for a good time out of the weather.

We had no problem getting a lane during the weekday. The facility is nice and thankfully was updated from the previous venue that was there. It's clean and the balls are nicely labeled by weight. For the little ones, they do have the things to push the ball down verses throwing it. Digital screen and scoring was easy to use and can be emailed to you. You also order through the screen at the table. Typical American bowling food. We ordered a pretzel which fed all three of us. The highlight was a robot delivers the food which our daughter loved. We barely looked at other features like the arcade or axe throwing. When we ordered food there was an option to add on a discounted play card for the arcade. We had a great time.

I met with 3 different florists and all would make notes and send me a quote. It wasn't until I met Shawna at Ribalds Florist and Nursery that someone didn't just listen and take notes they actually" got"the vision I was trying to create. Shawna was genuinely enthusiastic and excited about what I was trying to do. I knew right away she was the florist for me. I began to work with her not only on my flowers but on all my rentals needs. She offered a flower preview and was willing to show me various products thru the wedding planning process that helped to ensure me that we were on the same page. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams at my fathers house thanks to Shwana and her husband Scott and there entire teams hardwork. She helped to create the feeling of being inside even though the entire event was outside. She worked hard to add unique details that would stand out ( chruch pews, doors, farm tales, lounge furniture, whisky barrels) My husband and I gave her antlers to use and she created a stunning antler chandelier that was hung in our tent. She took more antlers, twine, fabric, and barn lighting and made what was an ordinary white event tent and transformed it into something special. My guests are still talking about all the pieces of furniture and details that made my wedding stand out. All of the flowers were fresh and and beautiful from the cemented pieces to the bouquets. Guest after guest has continued to rave that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Shawna took my ideas and thoughts and made them reality! I will never forget the moment when my husband and I sat down at our table to eat and we looked around in amazement at all that was created. It was everything we could have wanted and more. I ordered flowers from Ribald Farms to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. I ordered a…read moredozen red roses, deluxe size. I paid about $120 for flowers, delivery, fees, and taxes. The flowers themselves were beautiful, but they were arranged so poorly that they were falling out of the vase by the time they reached my wife. The accent flowers and greenery were falling out and after only a couple of hours the arrangement was a mess. My wife and I both called the florists and were given some story about how the flowers were delivered in perfect condition but the Security guard may have tampered with the flowers. The funny thing about a security desk is that they have cameras. There was no evidence of tampering. They were just poorly put together. The owner did not make any effort to replace the arrangement or refund my money. I try to buy from local businesses for quality, and obviously was willing to pay a little extra for that quality. But that is not what I got this time. Overall Product- Poor Customer service - Poor Pricing - Poor Save yourself the headache and find another business or vendor to send your loved ones flowers.
