Very big arcade and great music and environment. Food was tasty and good choices of food. Lanes were nice and balls too.

As far as places to bowl in Charlotte goes this is one of the best to choose from. They have a lot of lanes that are well maintained and a large bar with plenty of drink options. As far as the food goes I would recommend eating elsewhere before you arrive to bowl or after you leave. The foot isn't cheap and it's only average, there are plenty of places to eat in the area. As a bowling alley it is pretty great but back in the day it was a much more happening spot people would come to hang even if they didn't want to bowl, and it seems like some of that spark is gone. As a side note they host competitive bowling leagues so some nights all of the lanes are already taken. I would recommend checking the schedule before stopping in. Aside from that if you want a good place to bowl with some friends and have some drinks while doing so this place is solid.

Every time we walked up, the bartender looked deeply annoyed that we existed. Like a smile might've physically hurt her. Not exactly the energy you want when ordering a drink. And the food? Took forever. Long enough that we genuinely forgot we had ordered it. One of our friends ordered a cheeseburger and it reminded her of the frozen school lunches we used to get in public school. I don't expect over the top cheerfulness, but basic friendliness and timely food would go a long way. Fun for bowling, just don't come hungry or thirsty for good service.

Overall, the…read morerestaurant area is actually pretty solid as a sports bar setup with great, clear screens for watching a game. Just be aware that the background noise from the game machines in the arcade can be a bit overbearing, though it's tolerable if you go in expecting that to be part of the experience. The menu offers a pretty decent mix of choices. I ended up ordering the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. The presentation was nice, but the dish itself was unfortunately somewhat oversalted, making for a less pleasant meal. As for the service, the staff was friendly, but not particularly attentive. It took a long time for our server to take our order--despite her only having two tables at the time--and another long delay at the end of the meal to get our check. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience for dinner, but definitely not a great one either. We likely wouldn't return just for dinner alone, but we might try it again if we plan on doing some gaming as well. One additional pet peeve note which seems to be a growing trend in some restaurants. Payment at the table with the server standing there waiting for the device while you tap your card and enter their tip. I am not a fan of this as it makes the tipping experience a bit awkward, especially if the service was mediocre or poor. Would like to see more of leave the device at the table and pick it up after either a few minutes or the guest departs.
