Was I supposed to eat it immediately? When I went to enjoy it after dinner that evening it was hard as a rock and I was worried I would break my teeth biting into it. I ended up separating the two cookies and microwaving one of the oatmeal cookies for 20 seconds. It was still very hard to bite into but I did taste it and it was overly sweet. If I ever go again I would order something different.
