I then requested a refund, to which she replied, only the owner could issue a refund and that would have to be done the next day. With this being the first time patronizing this business, this was a bad business practice and I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a specific order. The decent thing would have been to call me and let me know that my order would not be fulfilled, instead of making me waste my time traveling to a location which was 20 minutes away from my home. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND NOT RECOMMENDED.
