I've heard only good things about frost orthodontics! Quite a few of my friends have recommended them and I get why!! Honest, friendly and most important well educated and know what they are doing. read more

Dr. Frost and his staff are top notch! Extremely professional, office is super clean, spectacular with tv's and fun music, video games, and an ice cream/coffee bar...wow...they went the extra mile. The technology they use for braces is cutting edge. I'm comparing what I went through decades ago which was basically medieval dentistry to what our children's experience is currently at Dr. Frost's office, no comparison. Stay tuned when the braces are off we will write another review. So far so good!!! read more

I love Frost Orthodontics!! I first came to see Dr Frost 13 months ago and am now getting my braces off and am sooooo pleased with what he has done with my smile! He has completely transformed my bite and it's amazing. I've referred a few friends to him who are also getting treatment and are super pleased as well. His office is always clean and presentable and staff is always inviting and friendly. I definitely recommend Dr Frost for any orthodontic needs!!! read more

We love Dr. Frost but won't bring any of the other childdren to this practice. They are terrible at getting the child in for an emergency when they are in pain. You can almost never get a same day appointment if something is hurting the child. I think they are just overbooked and too big. But Dr. Frost is a great person and doctor. read more

I'm super excited to have found Dr Frost. I had the pleasure of meeting him and Brooke today at my consultation. I'm glad I will be starting my process at Frost Orthodontics. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk were welcoming. This office has an amazing staff. I already have braces on and moved here to Phoenix, was a little bummed that I was leaving my other offices. I'm definitely not bummed out now. Oh!!!!! How excited I am to continue my journey with braces and at Frost Orthodontics. Thank you read more

This is the most amazing office I've ever been to. I have 4 kids in treatment well one just got out last year, but not only do both Doctors go above and beyond the norm in their treatment plan but also in patient care Ive yet to see it compared. My youngest is non verbal autistic and the care that he is given by not only the Drs but his absolute astounding staff blows my mind every time we enter the office. In today's world finding a place that is following the strictest COVID guidelines to make all feel safe and healthy they are able to still bring love and compassion and beauty to everyone who walks through their doors. Frost Orthodontics I personally can't thank you enough. read more

Beautiful office! The feel of the office is warm and welcoming and is complemented with a kind, friendly and professional team. Everyone takes time to explain the plan for the day along with being prompt and efficient. Overall a super positive experience! read more

Dr. Frost and his team are phenomenal!!! I have to take an hour and a half drive to get to his office in Mesa, Arizona. But it is worth it!! The people that do your appointment are very professional, don't mess around, and they know what they are doing. They also get you in and out very fast. And thanks to them, I get my braces off 6 months earlier than expected. That is always a plus, right? You get points that you can redeem for things like Gift Cards (the amount that you get varies based on the amount of points that you have). When I had to get my second set of braces on, I was completely petrified. But they made it a way better experience than I expected. In the waiting area, they have two iPads that you can play on, a small coffee area, with juice boxes and bottles of water. When your appointment is over, you get a nice little treat such as a cookie, pretzels, a rice crispy treat (for those of you whom don't have braces). Also five massage chairs, and 7+ seats for when you are waiting for someone to call you back. Every appointment you have, you get to see Dr. Frost. The best part: when you get your braces off, you get A LOT of candy, such as things that you couldn't have when you had braces on. Just to sum it up, they are great and they are superior. Thank you so much Dr. Frost and your team of awesome people!!! *Note, I would give them a higher star rating, but Yelp won't let me do that read more

I own an orthodontic laser company and I have many years of experience in the orthodontic industry. I truly believe Dr. Frost is one very top orthodontists in the world. He lectures internationally and is renowned by his peers. His cases are incredibly beautiful. He has a artist's eye and his cases are finished with every single detail perfected. The office is beautiful with all the latest high tech equipment and the staff are professional and passionate. I highly recommend Frost Orthodontics. read more

Most painless braces on planet earth!!!!!!!!! I chose frost because of his results and my pin tolerance. My sisters who have gone through traditional braces seem to struggle a lot more than I do. I've never taken a pain pill for braces and they are moving even in the first few weeks. The Damon method is better for your teeth and better for your comfort! Do it!! read more

I have been coming to Dr Frost for about 6 months now. His office and staff are wonderful. They are all so helpful and know exactly what they are doing! They are up to date on all the new stuff in ortho. While I am happy with the doctor, this entire office is more about looking pretty than taking care of my child. My billing has been messed up and claims submitted wrong to insurance companies. I just offered to make a 1400 payment which I was told was the remainder of my balance. They are refusing to take my child's braces off until the insurance company finishes paying for their part of the braces. My husband will be losing his job at the end of August and we are trying to get bills squared away. Now they all of a sudden are telling me I will owe over 2000 instead of the 1400 originally stated. I am not the only person who has had problems with this. The last time I was in I heard a Mom complaining they messed up the placement of her daughter's teeth because the doctor was on vacation and instead of scheduling the apt they had to wait and the kid's teeth moved out of place. I would say don't be fooled by how "pretty" you think the office is. They decorate the Christmas tree with real crystals. The money has to be coming from somewhere and it sure is not going to be your insurance companies. read more

we love how patient, kind and how knowledgeable the staff is! i never have to worry about my kids orthodontist care at frost!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Frost orthodontics, the staff, the experience and of course Dr. Frost. Going back to braces as an adult was a tough decision.
