The people on site to do the job argued with my wife about what was to be done and left without finishing the job. We made a polite call to the office to let them know what had happened and were told that they were very busy and it was hectic at the office, but they would get back to me when they could. I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money.
