I caught them doing it this morning, and they told Jana they didn't. Jana accused me of lying, and yelled at me that she doesn't want our business anymore, then she hung up on me abruptly as I was still talking.
I'm perfectly fine that she made this decision for us, as long as she does good on her yelled promise to refund me the remaining balance we prepaid for the year. We have been customers for over 3 years and never submitted a complaint until now. As soon as we did, we got yelled at by Jana. If you plan to become a customer, note that this treatment will probably be extended to you as well -- read the other negative reviews to confirm. Jana, you know who I am (unless you yell at ALL your customers), so feel free to call me and apologize for your emotional overreaction and terrible "customer service". And don't forget to send me that refund check you yelled that you would send back to me. Note: I spoke firmly, but didn't raise my voice once, as I was in a dining room with other people. They could all hear Jana yelling at me through the phone, and it wasn't even on speaker. What a "professional" reaction.
BTW Jana, your service person is lying to you, and you're turning around and accusing your customers of lying. The servicer TOLD me he had just finished up the side yard when I called out to him. He had just put the invoice on the door, did NOT ring the doorbell, and was walking away before I called to him that I would unlock the gate for him, and he came back. I happened to catch him leaving as I came back from walking my dogs. You yelled at me and said that he put the invoice on the door and was going to come back and ring the doorbell later when he came back to service the backyard. Does that actually make ANY sense to you? Why not just ring the bell while you're PUTTING THE INVOICE ON THE DOOR, and tell us to unlock the gate while you're already AT THE DOOR? This older service person has never rung our doorbell to unlock the gate, but the younger service person (I think Shawn?) used to. We work from home and the front door is right next to my office desk, both me and my husband in the front room right next to the front door. Before you yell at your next customer and accuse them of lying, tell your servicer to get his story straight to you.
I want to be clear, the younger service person is GREAT. The older service person has also been very nice to me, but seems to cut corners. And Jana is probably a family member, because let's be honest, NO ONE would hire, nor associate with, someone like Jana VOLUNTARILY.
Jana, don't forget to send me my refund check -- remember when you yelled at me that you didn't want us as customers anymore so you would refund us for the prepaid year? We'll be keeping an eye out for that check.
