On Oct 22 I get a confirmation email for a TWENTY YARD dumpster for $500 sent at 4:58 pm, right at end of business day. I write back the next day NO NO NO I ordered a 15 yard dumpster and they write back " no worries, the price is the same for a 15 and 20 yard dumpster."..... and no one ever discussed with me a surcharge on delivery because i wasn't in Wake County., supposedly that was the $140 difference in cost, but no one told me that before hand. So on October 23 I cancelled the order. AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE!!!!!!! i go back to their webstie to read about " Rental Contract Terms and Conditions" on October 24th and sure enough there is nothing about charging any cancellation fees. I could see if I had cancelled 24 hours before, but not 6 full days before. They were supposed to deliver it October 28th. I had ordered it on October 21. They had a full week notice i did not want their dumpster. AND THEY CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE? WHAT NERVE!
