I started off by using their "contact us" form on their website, no reply via phone or email through that. A week later, I left Tommy Hicks a voicemail, no call back from that. Last week, I left one more voicemail even stating that I'd left a voicemail previously and I'd appreciate someone call me back, still no call back. This is horrible customer service, and no one should have to work that hard to GIVE them business. I'll be taking my money to a tree removal business who deserves it and can actually return a phone call.
