I have an odd red bump on my nose and I immediately called and made an appointment and not only did they get me in the same week since I was extremely concerned, but I literally had a two minute wait from the time I arrived. I didn't even have time to finish my paper work. I assumed once they put me in a room, I'd have a little wait as I usually do at any other doctors, but Dr. Song came in immediately and to top it off, it turns out the red bump on my nose was angioma and is harmless. I'm also self pay and my visit was extremely affordable. I highly recommend NorthSound Dermatology and Dr Song and his staff were extremely friendly. :) read more

Never been terribly happy with their service. Hard to get appointments, slow and lost paper work, no footwork on paperwork. Not very thorough I felt. Won't go back to Craig Baugher. My psoriasis has worsened from the irritation of my last appointments. I wonder what it cost my insurance for this irritation. read more

I had 2 appointments with Doctor Craig Baugher. He's exactly what a person would want in a doctor for this type of thing. He was friendly, discreet, comforting, thorough yet quick, and very informative. As a dude who is completely new and foreign to anything dermatology related, this was a fantastic first experience. Can't thank him enough, and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Great job, gang! read more

We were referred to North Sound Dermatology by our PCP. Our first appointment went okay. We did our copay then they billed us for the entire amount and forgot to deduct the copay. We had to contact them and straighten out their error so they would not send us to collections. We called the office repeatedly over a 4 month period, trying to get information on what to do next, sometimes they were very rude, treated us like we were bothering them. They left us in pain without treatment and it never seemed to bother them you were suffering.  No one could answer any questions they always told us they had to ask someone, who was never available, and, of course, they never called you back, like they said they would, with the answer. We had trouble getting the staff to relay the information to the doctor correctly, and even though we begged them repeatedly to have the doctor call us he never called us back. If you are suffering and need a professional care team, I do not recommend the Everett location. read more

Very unhappy with this place. Called made appointment said I was paying for my son to have skin tag cut off it was growing and looked to be blood filled.I asked if they could possibly do it in one appointment so I didn't have to pay for two office visits, they said ok. Got there and they said ok come back next week and we will cut it off. Ok fine. Paying for another office visit. Then they said it will be 450 dollars. Ok then. Ouch lots of money but ok. Then we got there she cut it off little by little and it bled a lot and she kept asking her nurse if she should stop. Holy Mother her nurse... then she finally cut the thing off and it bled across the room and her and her nurse jumped back and then went got about five of the other doctors to ask them what she should do. We are so out of there, going to pay and they say ok it's 700 dollars. WTF! I ask why so much they told us 400. She took us to her managers office and I said please can you tell us why it's so much more? Well let's see it is 700 dollar yes that's what it is.I said they told us 4. And she said well you have every right to ask but it's 700 dollars. I paid it and left. Not a good experience. Never go here. Please they do not know what they are doing. read more

I went in for a skin check up and everything was ok but every odd bump or vein I asked about they referred me to their cosmetic division. I kind of got the feeling that if you actually had skin cancer they would just refer you to their cosmetic division. Every other dermo, even my regular doctor have done more for me than this office. read more

I made my appointment last year, sadly couldn't get an appointment until today. I received my appointment reminder yesterday, email states arrive 15 minutes early for new patient (Please note that you have an upcoming appointment with North Sound Dermatology-Everett. Please take a minute to review and confirm the details of your appointment, below. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you are a new patient or are having a surgery or procedure performed. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time if you are an already established patient.) I arrived 15 minutes early, went to go in, office was close, no notices on the door or signs saying hours. So I called and was told they are closed for lunch until 12.45 pm. This puzzled me as my appointment was for 12.50 pm, went back and waited until 12.45 pm, still the door was locked. While waiting a delivery guy showed up, when I explain the door was locked he to was puzzled. Soon after a young lady open the door and said "Oh we are in a lunch meeting we will be opening in two more minutes, this was at 12.48 pm, then went to close the door. I informed her that my appointment was in two more minutes, she didn't seem to care, I proceeded to tell her to cancel the appointment as she had gone to shut the door. My husband went on to say that this was bad service and I would be posting here, only after this did they offer for us to come in. WHY would you set up an appointment knowing that you are closed until 12.45, but stating that a new patient has to arrive 15 minutes early. Why are there no signs on the doors explaining opening hours or an Out to Lunch notice. Seriously worse place I've ever been to for any appointment. NO apology for opening late nothing, just a matter of fact statement that they would not be opening for another two minutes. read more

I go to this office to see Vena Melendez. My acne was horrible but she didn't shrink away from my face in horror. She touched my skin like I was a real person and was very kind. She actually listened to my concerns and now I actually have skin again! Short waits, great service, clean lobby. Really though I can't imagine seeing anyone else, I am so grateful for her expertise! Only been able to see C. Baugher the PA, never an actual doctor. He doesn't have a clue what is wrong with me and guesses at a diagnosis, and changes it each time. He also doesn't pay attention to the charts and prescribed medicine I reacted to. I feel very disappointed in the lack of care I receive there. read more

I was seen at the Monroe location for my yearly skin checkup. The receptionist, Stacy, was very pleasent and the check in process was quick and easy. The doctors assistant, Jen, was friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job, she even gave us a recommendation for a great place to eat nearby and was happy to help, not rushed like so many other doctors offices. Dr. Schmidt was great as always, he took his time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable, he was very personable but also professional. No cosmetic products were pushed as the other reviews state, I totally disagree with the other reviews. My appointment was quick but only because it was so efficient, I was taken back to the room and seen by the doctor within the first 10 minutes of checking in, no waiting around like every other doctors office. The office was also opened late so I was able to go after work instead of having to take off time from work. It was a great experience all around. read more
