Song came in immediately and to top it off, it turns out the red bump on my nose was angioma and is harmless.

Yet I would only be required to cover 20% of the bill of what was covered by the actual Carrier payment. Even there with their intimidating payment letters I have Zero to actually pay because I fall under Special Needs Program. Basically, they are Private Equity scammers who take advantage of seniors and the uninformed. ALL their offices operate this way. If you choose to support this kind of business, they're the ones for you. My experience with a non-doctor who rushed through the excision in my back was poor too. Mark Twain said it best about suckers. Look up the quote about people fooled.

My surgeon said this is a problem they have complained about to this establishment. When you call and say you have to have the treatment the day of surgery they say no you don't. So second surgery had treatment and now I had to go to doctor for antibiotics and wound care. Frontier said they couldn't fit me in didn't have openings to see me. There is a place to put a picture but I won't the wound looks too bad.

I tried to call for an appointment and was directed to go through their "Appointment Line". I was redirected. It took far too long to find out that they suggested I go through their website. It was all very confusing for a geriatric man. When the appointment day arrived, I checked in only to discover that they had scheduled me for a 5-minute check of a local patch of skin. I had scheduled a complete body check so had dedicated the morning to the appointment. After several apologies, they limited my appointment to the 5-minute check. They very contritely suggested I make another appointment for the rest of my body check. Again: apologies from the workers but this was created BY THE ORGANIZATION. Stop me if you've already discovered this. A certain business is successful. A corporation (or larger company) sees profitability and wants to scale that; buys this business and then another like it. Several like transactions take place. Company grows too fast. Company centralizes communication. Customers (patients) have problems with both timeliness and quality of care suffers. Company overlords close some failing members of their network. Customer/patient care suffers. People begin to go elsewhere. Company/corporation customer base suffers further and files Chapter 7. I have notified the VA Community Care office that I would not recommend this organization.

When I asked why, they said she had elected to have other spots frozen off and since it was cosmetic, insurance didn't cover it. They did not ask her POA or caretaker (in the waiting room) before performing a fee based service on a patient with dementia who lives in a memory care unit. This information is known to them in the records and I make sure to remind the reception staff of her condition when checking in, even though it's obvious. Huge lapse in ethical duties.
