I explained that I had already disclosed this information when scheduling the appointment and that I had driven an hour to get there. While I understand that mistakes happen, the response I received was simply that they had new employees and that "we're only human." While I agree that everyone makes mistakes, that doesn't excuse the lack of professionalism or the dismissive way the situation was handled. I've spent a significant amount of money with this business, and this experience was extremely disappointing.
