I was looking for a clean, professional, but relaxing environment to address some skin issues, and this is it! I've had several appointments with different Estheticians, and they've all been wonderful. They keep excellent records and only use high-quality products that my skin loves. They don't push the products on you, but they're there if you want them...it's been a great experience. Also, and this may be weird, but the hot towels don't smell! If you get facials often, then you may know what I mean. When they put a hot towel on your face, and it smells musty or weird....so gross. Total turn off. I paid for a chemical peel ($200) and my skin did not peel at all. I noticed during service that it was a much different experience. I have had multiple peels performed and perhaps my understanding is not expert but after speaking with multiple people about my skin not peeling after service I was told that I could not come in and get it done correctly. It was my second peel with them and I was instructed to wait a certain number of weeks for my skin to be ready to peel again. I'm not one to complain or leave bad reviews I'm just very disappointed that nothing was done to correct the situation I was only advised to ask for a stronger peel next time... What??!! I'm sorry but lesson learned, there will not be a next time. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere. The customer service of their management is nonexistent. I felt I was completely ripped off. I have one star because my first peel worked beautifully. The second time for the same service was as if nothing happened. They stated this was because my skin is in a healthier place and I could not come in to get it redone without paying another $200 nor would I be reimbursed because "a service" was performed. I have been going there for at least 6 years and have given them three chances. I will not be going again. Once the whole side of my face was bruised from a careless employee they did offer a free light treatment because it was so bad, second time I asked Jean to put some extra botox (from the amount I asked for) on my bunny lines between my eyebrows. I waited about 2 weeks and it was not better and I could still frown like nothing had changed. I went back in and said I wanted 3 more units because it did not look like she put a little extra there. For a while it went okay, but I never felt I was getting what I paid for. Don't ask me why I kept going. Last week, I went to get 35 units just above my eyebrows and on my bunny line. Jean knows to be careful and I do know there can be some bruising, but by the time I got to the car I had a bump and bruise on my forehead. Also as of today, I still have frown lines between my brows, so I wasted $400.00. Update: I asked them for my money back and they did willingly without delay credit me back $400.00. read more

I have been going here for tattoo removal for a few sessions now and love the staff after talking to Ana a bit I decided to give cool sculpting a try. I'm on my 4th appointment for tattoo removal and it's almost gone. Just did my treatment for cool sculpting and well I have a couple months to see how that turns out BUT I'm sure it will be amazing. I've never had a facial so I thought I'd try one. My mother always said that if you don't see anything wrong with your face, don't mess with it. Well, I thought I'd just give myself a treat. If there's nothing wrong with my face, a facial won't hurt, right? I had my consultation with Elke and since I didn't have any issues to address, we went with microdermabrasion. Do not patronize this business for Botox. I have been getting Botox for years and have been extremely happy with my results up until now. First time I went in I got 23 units (my normal) .... very little change so I went back in a month later for 12 more units. Again, no change. None. First time I spent $299, second time was $156. 35 units for the glabellar and crows feet. Came into Rochelle today for a follow up on the appointments. She then told me that she was going to have to charge me for more Botox. I then began asking questions about why it didn't work the first or second time. She had every excuse for why it didn't work. I will never ever ever recommend this business and will be going to someone I know if they put 35 units of Botox in my face, they will be putting it in the correct area to soften my lines. Please do not waste your money here. I have not had any other work done so I can not vouch for anything but Botox. I'm so supremely disappointed. I'm a single parent and this was a treat to myself and here I sit $455 later with disappointment. I will be contacting Allergan. Follow up.....on 2/29/2020 Today I had 10 units IN THE CORRECT AREAS TO BE TREATED by another, respected RN. I can already feel the Botox working. I cannot believe I spent $450 at this establishment to get no change in my appearance. Please please please DO NOT waste your money on this provider. I have had undereye fillers before at another spa and was incredibly happy with them. It had been a couple years and my old fillers and worn off. I had moved to the area and wanted to give this place a try but the first appointment didn't go well. I asked for tear trough fillers and I was told a cheek filler would accomplish my goals. I was hesitant (and should have put my foot down right then) but I trusted the woman's expertise and "years of experience". As predicted, my result was nothing like I'd asked for. They were nice enough to let me come back (only after originally insisting that it was caused by my own high levels of histamine...?) and add another half syringe to the actual undereye area I had originally requested (with a different employee). I ended up leaving with a gnarly black eye that lasted over a week. It's been over a year and I still have weird lumps and bulges under my eyes that were NEVER there before. I wouldn't wish this quasi moto face on my worst enemy and I regret this decision every single day. Steer clear! They literally ruined my face!! read more

The front office staff is great. I got concerned when I realized I was charged about $120 more than I should have been. I was told it was because 35 units of Botox were used, when at my appointment I was told I would get 25. I have been several times and never seem to get the results I'd like. They just say to come in for more. I'm not sure what product is being used, but definitely for $490 not results I would expect. Definitely going to my dermatologist next time. read more

Excellent care always! I've been on a somewhat unconventional laser hair removal path. They have really worked with me to build custom removal plans. In addition, when I have brought up face and other areas skin care issues they have educated me even if it's not what I am there for. I really appreciate all the staff and their care. They spend plenty of time with me and pay excellent attention to detail. It also seems like a great work environment, which is credit to the owner Deb who is wonderful. I GOT RIPPED OFF !!! So I had my first appointment on March 13th 2020 to get Botox, the nurse that did the injection was Jean Trost, I told her that I wanted 25 units in between the eyes and both brows. What I didn't like was she turned her back to me and blocked my view of her preparing the syringe of Botox, big red flag ! She put the needle in three different spots, where I asked and she agreed, and she was done so I left. I got out to my car, looked in the mirror and tried to move my brows, well there was full movement, then I touched the injection sites, I could tell there was Botox above my left brow and nothing in the center of both brows, and th as that's where she was suppose to put 20 units of Botox !! I have been getting Botox for the past 18 years, I know my own body and how it reacts to Botox, I felt the needle go into my forhead mussel 3 times but I don't BELIEVE that she injected 25 units in me. I waited untill Monday to call and speak with the owner and she asked me to wait 2 weeks, so I did and here I am full movement where the Botox was injected. I told the owner I want my money refunded, I have sent her 2 emails, and did nor get a refund ! I will make a COMPLAINT with the BBB and one AGAINST JEAN TROST with the medical Board!!!!!!!!! read more

Im giving two stars because the women who did my brows was really friendly. I am upset i wasted 350$ here for microblading . My eyebrows are horrible , she does not have the skill to be doing this type of work. After both visits they are still horrible and i still have to fill them in. I sucks because i could've spent it on something else. They do not care either when i called they acted like i was stupid. Do not get your eyebrows done here . I am so happy that I found this place! I got an oxygen facial and microdermabrasion and my skin immediately looked better. Deborah was fantastic and listened to my skin concerns, but also gave me her expert opinion. I will be back for a different treatment to move toward my skin goals (keep aging skin at bay) in a month or so. I also got my eyebrows waxed and am super happy with the results. I met with the owner for my free skin consultation and scheduled a 60 minute oxygen treatment for $100. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency on Saturday before my Monday appointment and again requested the owner who I had the consult with. I called ahead to let them know I would be there by 6, my appointment time and traffic was bad. I got there on time at 6 and the owner was there when I checked in. Then it was 6:15 and I asked if I needed to reschedule since the spa closed at 7. Then a different person was assigned to me; no one told me my appointment was no longer with the owner and that they were running 30 minutes late. My 60 minute facial was half the the time, the LED machine wasn't working and when I asked if I misunderstood that the facial was a one hour facial, i was offered extra time at the next facial and charged $120 for what I was told was a $100 facial. Please grant your customers the courtesy of notifying them if the appointment is 30 minutes late and if their appointment isn't with the person scheduled. I got the Fractional w/RF. Best thing I've ever done for my face! It improved the fine lines & wrinkles on the surface....then in about 2 weeks, I woke up to a whole youthful appearance because the underlying collagen was stimulated, tightened & gave me a fresh glow. I had a full set of eye lashes done here by Jenni last year for my wedding (8/2014). She did an amazing job! I felt so pretty and did not have to deal with falsies that would fall or mascara that would run for my wedding day. Even better than that - after the wedding we went on our honeymoon to Maui and the lashes stayed on for all of the trip. In total, they stayed on for over 4 weeks (after the wedding). They were gorgeous! I've had my lashes done several times at other places before and this time was the longest they stayed on and the fullest they ever looked! Went in for a wax, the girl was new and clueless it seemed. Took a couple hours for what should have taken 45 mins at the most (so I've since been told) and didn't even get all of the hairs removed! Not to mention that when I got home I had patches of wax all over both legs that I had to scrub off in the bath. She had to have another girl help her finish (who actually new what she was doing and there was a definite difference in speed and how much hair actually got removed) because the room was needed for another appointment which left me feeling awkward and rushed out of there. Not to mention that the chair they use isn't stable and feels like its going to tip over every time you move...it wasn't a good experience at all. read more
