The treatment was presented to me as a six session process intended to remove hair. While I did notice some reduction in certain areas, I did not experience full removal and still have visible hair growth that requires shaving. The results have also been somewhat uneven, with some areas responding more than others. I also paid for my daughter to receive the same treatment, and she has had a similar experience with continued hair growth after completing her sessions. When I followed up about my results, I was given different guidance than others I know who had the same treatment. Some people were offered additional sessions, while others, including myself, were not. This made the follow up experience feel inconsistent. Over time, the explanation shifted from removal to reduction, which did not fully align with how the treatment had initially been described to me. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it.
