I saw Dr. Brasier for an initial consultation and a couple of follow ups for ongoing acne, melasma, and scarring. She was very helpful and prescribed some topicals I hadn't tried before as they're very unique to the clinic, not just the run of the mill variety. Dr. Brasier also suggested treatments that could be very helpful. Having a great dermatologist be able to recommend someone for treatments is a game changer for me. I have had less than stellar experiences with spa treatments and felt like I needed more guidance in what treatments would be best for me. Also, which skin care products would work best for me. That's when I met Katie! I have seen her several times and can't wait for my next appointment with her. From chemical peels to facials (my favorite being the Diamond glow) to micro needling Katie has me covered. I've been blown away by her skills and the results I have achieved. PŪR skin clinic has been the key to feeling great in my own skin. I couldn't be happier. To start off, I was planning on getting lip filler and Botox I called to make my apt and was so excited about it. They checked in with me via email and phone call a few times to confirm my apt. On the day before I received a call just making sure I was still coming, they said they had me booked for only botox. It was a miscommunication on my part but they fixed it right away and got me in on the day I had planned for. When I got there all the staff was friendly and so informative. I got the lip filler and Botox and the even offer free laser treatment after to help with bruising. Today I have a bump on my lip looking like a bruise but since this is my first time I was nervous. So I called again and Yvonne reassured me that it was normal but scheduled me to come in again today to get laser on my lips to help even more with the bruising. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. The only con I have about this place is it's sometimes hard to understand Dr. Lin, not in a drastic way to where you would feel uncomfortable not knowing what he's doing or saying but you definitely have to focus on him to get the whole picture. I called the clinic and asked if I could come by to have some eyes on it. I was told I needed an appointment and the next available was 4/6/26. I then sent photos on MyChart to the dermatologist. Meanwhile I went to my PCP and it was definitely infected. He took a culture (tested positive) and started me on oral and topical antibiotics. He said it was a good thing I came in when I did. The next day I heard from Frontier because I had left a message and sent the photos. I was told on the phone that my wound was fine and to put Neosporin on it. I would not trust this clinic and would not go again. Anytime you mention an infection in a wound you should be seen right away by any doctor doing there job correctly.

I booked it, then emailed her to verify that she would be able to see me on a holiday. Unfortunately, she never responded to my email. I saw other reviews that mentioned her lack of communicating, as well. (I have never had issues receiving emails to this account, and checked my spam/junk folder.) Less than two weeks before my appointment, and after I had taken time off from work (I had to take off the weekend too, which pays more), she texted me with: "I thought I would be able to work that day but my circumstances have recently changed." That doesn't sound like an emergency. Turns out it was not, and that family "unexpectedly" showed up for Thanksgiving. So keep in mind that if her family unexpectedly shows up, or anything that she deems *more* important than your appointment, that you will be cancelled. This is taking little to no consideration that you, as the client, have already taken off several work days well in advance. Or, that you have to book time off months in advance. So, regardless if she believes 2 weeks is enough notice or not, jobs do not normally allow you to just pick those work days back up. Turns out this has happened with other clients, too. Super unprofessional. I re-booked and when I got there, she had me fill out an Intake Form, which was a waste of time since I had already asked if there was paperwork I needed to fill out before her appointment. So, I spent time doing that when my appointment was supposed to start, then she has to review the paperwork. She said this was "just how she does it," but it's not an efficient use of either of our time. Once, that was done she said she couldn't do the treatment due to having facial breakouts. She said she sent me pre-care instructions, but I never received anything. This was another waste of time since I had, once again, taken time off of work for this. Overall, her communication and professionalism were lacking, and she came off as new, which maybe she is. I recommend looking elsewhere.
