He had told me that I would be kept comfortable during the procedure but while under "anesthesia" I saw the other side of his personality. I was wide awake and horrified the whole time so I nervously chattered away, trying to make myself believe it wasn't so bad. I won't go into all the horrific details. Even though the actual results were ok I will NEVER go back to that provider for anything. I was SO happy to find RejuvenationMD! Rejuvenation without regrets while undergoing the process -- thank you Amber. I always weigh the cost/discomfort against the gain/ease within a few days of having a laser treatment. Today is 5 days post -Halo and I can honestly say that the the lazer zaps, while sometimes "spicey" on old sun damage spots, were never painful. And I can see where these spots are readying to be shed, and this without ever having gone through an angry red skin phase or the need to hide under a rock. I am very disappointed in the results from my procedure in November 2024. Firstly, I learned afterwards, the severe bruising I endured could have been minimized by eliminating supplements I was taking before treatment. Secondly, I notice that the area I expressed most concern for improvement still looks the same to me, and felt during the procedure that not as much of the filler was injected on that side. It is obvious to me when I look in the mirror that there is a definite difference. This treatment is not worth the price for me and I will be exploring other options in much more detail before signing a contract. read more

Alright we got some major problems here, primarily with uneducated estheticians. I'm accustomed to going to a high-end med spa in San Francisco, so perhaps my expectations were too high, but I feel a strong inclination to warn my other sensitive-skin friends - STAY AWAY from this place! I had two different services here: Botox on my forehead and brow, and what they call the "BBL Hero" IPL laser treatment on my face around my nose and mouth area where I suffer from dermatitis. (Red patches of very dry skin with small bumps where the skin barrier is deteriorated.) Botox: Look, I get that no two Botox treatments can be the same, and that results vary... but this place insisted on needing DOUBLE the Botox units that I normally use for my brow wrinkle, and the results lasted just under 3 months, which is roughly half what they lasted with HALF THE BOTOX at my old med spa?!?! To add insult to injury, even with double the Botox units I normally get, the one wrinkle I primarily get Botox for (furrow line right between my eyebrows) was never fully relieved. Past injectors have never had a problem with this. I guess this is just a difference in the administer's experience? So twice the price for half the result; pretty disappointing. IPL Treatment: This treatment is a light therapy recommended for acne, sunspots, and rosacea. It claims to remove these problems by encouraging cell turnover. I explained to the "Head esthetician" (Kaley I believe her name was) that I had dermatitis around my nose and mouth that was extremely sensitive and asked if this procedure was recommended. She said yes absolutely and convinced me to buy 3 treatments. On the day of treatment, I was stunned that Kaley didn't say a word to me about what was about to happen. She had tried so hard to sell me on the treatments back when I had a consultation, but now that I was in to get the treatment, she no longer seemed to care. I laid down, she sanitized my face, and went right in with the laser without saying a word about what I should expect in terms of pain/sensation or what exactly she was going. Never in my life have I had an esthetician not make sure I was fully comfortable, or fail to explain what he/she is about to do to my face (especially when they know it's your first time with the particular treatment). Extremely lacking in professionalism. I literally had to stop her and ask what I should expect, as well as when I should see results, as she apparently didn't feel it was necessary to tell me any of this on her own. Anyway, 1 month later and my face was the worst it had been. The laser treatment greatly exasperated my dermatitis and the redness had spread further on my face and was much more intense. I went back in for my appt. for my 2nd IPL treatment, and told Kaley I didn't think it was a good idea. After confirming through before and after pictures that my face was in-fact worse, Kaley recommended MICRONEEDLING!!!!! This is when I knew I had made a mistake and needed to take a step back from this place. I asked her if that was such a good idea with compromised skin, and she literally said "well, microneedling makes your skin stronger, so it wouldn't hurt". GIRL WHAT? I don't think it takes an expert to know that while this may be true, this is assuming the skin barrier isn't already deteriorated. She literally saw firsthand that her recommendation for the IPL was horribly misled, and still thought microneedling was a good idea??? I told her I wanted to see a real dermatologist before I proceeded with the treatments, and she said okay and didn't seem at all remorseful that I was living with the worst facial appearance I've had in my life, based on her uneducated recommendation. A month later, I saw my certified dermatologist, who could not believe an esthetician had recommended laser therapy and microneedling to someone with dermatitis. In addition, I showed my dermatologist the skincare samples Kaley had told me to use from, 'Epionce'. She advised against the skincare line adamantly after checking ingredients and finding that it was stinging my face. Needless to say, I won't be doing any more treatments here. If you don't have sensitive skin, and don't mind pumping the max amount of botox possible into your face, then you'll have no problem. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a treatment center with more experience and knowledgeable staff. read more

I went to Rejuvinations Dr. Tianna Tsitsis to have the excess skin below my chin fixed with the threads. My neck looks the same after going to her twice with the same problem and paying her thousands of dollars . After i saw the work of other doctors that fixed people with the same or worse problem I have with the threads I realized they would've left my neck looking better and I would be satisfied & happy.... Unfortunately, Tianna Tsitsis does not know what she's doing . All my money wasted on nothing. She never even offered a refund or even an apology for the screw up. She needs to work with drs that will show her how to work with threads to fix and not just take patients money leaving them more unhappy and dissatisfied than the beginning. Saving my money again but this time I'm going to Beverly Hills, CA to a dr that knows what he is doing along with satisfied patients to prove it!!!! I'd like update my review. I have been back to Rej. MD several times over the past few years have not had as great results. I believe this is due to seeing clinicians other than Misty, she was a Botox/filler magician! I saw one lady for a lip filler that poked/stuck me at least 50-60 times around my lips, omg that was not fun. In her defense I have challenging uneven lips and I believe she was trying to get them perfect, but I've had many, many lip fillers in my life and never has anyone injected micro amounts of filler over and over and over again. My last Botox treatment was just a few months ago, done by a different clinician, the 2 main things I pointed out were; 1. Be careful because one of my brows can be tricky and doesn't like to lift. and 2. The frown line between my eyes, it's stubborn. As a few weeks went by I noticed my right brow (the one I said be careful of) drooping slightly and the frown line between my eyes never fully went away. These are things I've had done perfectly over the years when performed by experienced people. I've returned because I signed up to be a member, but think it's time to cancel. On a positive ending, their clinics are beautiful, immaculate, peaceful and the staff is always friendly and very professional. read more

Dr. Tsitsis is amazing! I have had filler and botox after losing about 130 lbs. She is a great listener. She takes small steps at a time to reach your overall goal. She wants to see how you respond to the products and then fine tunes the results for a natural look. Even the doctor I work for commented about how good the results were. He said I look more rested and youthful but it wasn't obvious I had work done. Evidently that was the sign of a skilled doctor. She is upfront about costs and uses the product in a way that you can get the most bang for your buck. She appreciates and encourages input so that you feel like a team working toward a goal. I hate writing reviews about places. Although I am liking my results from my laser hair removal. I would have to say I feel a little down from this place. Each time I go I don't really feel welcomed only feel like I am bothering them. I have to sit for an hour for the numbing which is kinda an issue for me. I asked them mutiole times if there was a numbing cream I could buy myself to use to not waste any of our time and just go straight for the laser. Apparently it's not an option to buy which at other places it's included in the price. Anyway, I am one not really to complain I am quiet I like my treatment and I'm out. Some gals are nice others make you feel a little degraded. I had a question about a laser over the phone And she said " oh you are Mexican? I can tell my your accent". I got bumped. I called the Bellingham office Mon/Tues for a consultation. They scheduled me for that Wednesday. I went to the Bellingham office about 10 minutes prior and was told I was in the wrong location. Apparently when you call the Bellingham office and make an appointment you are supposed to go to the Burlington office. Luckily I was able to be seen at the Bellingham office at that time and didn't have to rush to Burlington. After a brief consult I scheduled my procedure for Thursday, the next day, and was assured that I could complete both treatments in my time frame. I get a call the next day, Thursday, at 10am I didn't see the missed call till about noon, telling me that the tech my appointment was with was not going to happen because they were busy/booked. Not sure how that happens when I confirmed the appointment the day prior, so I assumed I got bumped. I returned the call and was told the only way I could get seen that day would be if I drove to Burlington, 30 min away. That wasn't a possibility due to my schedule that day. If I was told the day prior when booking, it wouldn't have been an issue. I was then told if I couldn't make it that day, Thursday, then I could get seen Monday or Tuesday. I declined. Seems like since there's two offices there is a scheduling and communication issue. They get two stars for accommodating me on Wednesday and for the quick consult. read more

Last Monday I had an appointment for extractions and a consultation.. The consultation was probably the best one I've ever had. Super in-depth, and there was no rush at all. Both ladies who took care of me were very kind friendly and warm. But the reason for a lower review is that once I returned home and over the next few days I found that not only did I break out in quite a few new comedones, But the aesthetician didn't take out the things under my skin that originally brought me there. I feel like it was a waste of money getting the extractions unfortunately, not sure if something she applied after the treatment broke me out or what but I'm also confused how she missed the obvious comedones in my forehead which I stated was my main concern. Super disappointed but at least it's much cheaper than my regular place, would have totally sucked if I paid my normal 160$ at Northsound derm but it looks like that's necessary.
