I paid for nothing and I made an appointment to have which I was worried about I knew he would probably be weird about it and he was. I had a lot of orange bleed out on the top of my head and he said it's because I wanted chunks. Acted like I was stupid.. So he proceeded to fix it with dark color now it looks like I didn't even get my hair done. I paid $210 for this.. Did you know the skin is our largest organ? Quality skin care studios and spas do and should only want the best for your skin. Initially, I saw Melissa in her former location on Holly street but this one suits her better. It's in a shared space with other relaxation practitioners. Grab a cup of hot tea and Melissa is right there waiting for you with a warm smile. She is a very kind and gentle spirit and you can tell she sincerely cares. I did not feel rushed at all. She allows plenty of time in between appointments and will answer all of your questions. She does offer take-home products but does not try to push anything on you. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, and also spent time discussing the process/answering my questions at the end, since I definitely fell asleep for part of the session. Love that the products she uses are natural, and several local items too, like the floral water, and the argan oil, which is from her own line of products. I got some good tips on how to continue a skin care routine at home, and brought a few products home with me that I'm excited to use. It was also my first time doing energy work, and it was fun to talk to Melissa about what that was like, and learn more about this. Lastly - she gave me some great ideas for what to do with the rest of my weekend in the area (we had an awesome hike at Stimpson Family Reserve, which we wouldn't have discovered without her recommendation). Ok so the review I thought I was going to leave last night is different than what I'm leaving now!…read more Yesterday I got a spray tan. I'm naturally very fair and going on vacation. I've had good and bad spray tans before, never with d-light. I conveyed that I was concerned about turning orange. Heather was so delightful and comforting. I get my spray on. I look crazy. It's purplish gray. Heather said Trust the process. I drove home. I'm streaky, I'm sticky, I'm frustrated, I'm worried. 3 hours later I shower off and I have a very light greyish tan. I was initially a little disappointed it wasn't very warm. I thought "bummer this was not worth the money." I go to sleep on it, wake up....Bronze (for me) goddess!!!!! I don't know if it was the lights I was standing in the night before or if it continued to develop overnight. It's a warm tan but not crazy and not streaky at all. I love it! Trust the process! The Swedish massage, boy did I hit the jackpot with Nell! Her hands are just pure magic! She took special care and focus on each body part. Chrysalis is doing a special for May and June with 1/2 off lotions, so I upgraded to the CBD lotion for just $5 (regularly $10).
