To start off, I was planning on getting lip filler and Botox I called to make my apt and was so excited about it. They checked in with me via email and phone call a few times to confirm my apt. On the day before I received a call just making sure I was still coming, they said they had me booked for only botox. It was a miscommunication on my part but they fixed it right away and got me in on the day I had planned for. When I got there all the staff was friendly and so informative. I got the lip filler and Botox and the even offer free laser treatment after to help with bruising. Today I have a bump on my lip looking like a bruise but since this is my first time I was nervous. So I called again and Yvonne reassured me that it was normal but scheduled me to come in again today to get laser on my lips to help even more with the bruising. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. The only con I have about this place is it's sometimes hard to understand Dr. Lin, not in a drastic way to where you would feel uncomfortable not knowing what he's doing or saying but you definitely have to focus on him to get the whole picture. Overall great experience!!!

I tried to call for an appointment and was directed to go through their "Appointment Line". I was redirected. It took far too long to find out that they suggested I go through their website. It was all very confusing for a geriatric man. When the appointment day arrived, I checked in only to discover that they had scheduled me for a 5-minute check of a local patch of skin. I had scheduled a complete body check so had dedicated the morning to the appointment. After several apologies, they limited my appointment to the 5-minute check. They very contritely suggested I make another appointment for the rest of my body check. Again: apologies from the workers but this was created BY THE ORGANIZATION. Stop me if you've already discovered this. A certain business is successful. A corporation (or larger company) sees profitability and wants to scale that; buys this business and then another like it. Several like transactions take place. Company grows too fast. Company centralizes communication. Customers (patients) have problems with both timeliness and quality of care suffers. I have notified the VA Community Care office that I would not recommend this organization.
