Nate was friendly and professional and walked us through the different plans available. we already knew the devices we wanted so that part was easy. About halfway through the process, Nate handed us off to Jose. he was also professional and friendly and asked good questions to help us along the process. the longest part was the data transfer; but that's inevitable. the store was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of places to sit while we waited. overall it was a 5 star experience and if you need any T-Mobile products or services and are near the Norwalk area, you should come in and see Nate and Jose and the rest of the crew at the Norwalk store.
