We ordered 1/2 chicken and got two small breasts+thigh+leg+wing+drumstick. The place was small but pleasant. The service was good. For the chicken, you pick your own flavor/spice level. We went with full platter (whole chicken) with half mango lime and half mild. For our 2 sides, we chose corn on the cob and cole slaw. We also added potato wedges. We grabbed our seats after we placed our order at the counter. Our order was ready around 18 minutes. They called our name and we picked up at the pick up window. Full platter comes with 10 pieces. Mild looked pretty plain but it was super spicy, tasted more like hot. Mango lime was nothing I expected. The flavor was alright but wouldn't get again. Very spicy as well. Chicken was a bit dry but overall, tasted ok. Corn on the cob was a bit burnt. Coleslaw was very creamy. Potato wedges was really good. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Service was friendly. They do offer cups for complimentary water, self serve. Seatings indoor and outdoor. Only one neutral gender restroom for customers. They are connected to Sourdough Bread Company. Ample parking in the plaza.

And that seems to be their 'secret sauce' - they make terrific food for folks who need and really appreciate it. Their magic happens with the meat they prepare. They don't just cook, they BBQ and smoke what they serve. But it doesn't stop there. On a Sunday afternoon we tried both pork and beef sandwiches- OMG. And it's not just the meat, but those rolls! Wow. The bonus is the ice cream shop immediately adjacent Dill's - 32 Below - which, among other things, hand-dips their waffle cones in chocolate. Don't miss your reward for finding such a killer sandwich shop!

I ordered the two meat combo, chicken and tri-tip with two salads. I got to my hotel room and I have never had a tougher piece of tri-tip in my life, literally it was like cutting through the meat and it felt like I was cutting through tendons and the chicken was very dry. The only thing I really enjoyed about the meal was the salad. This could've been a bad piece of chicken and meat at the same time. I have no idea, but I am so very disappointed, I'm not even going to eat the rest of it, it's that tough and dry. Your choice if you want to go here, totally up to you. It's got a lot of great reviews, but with my review, it's just very disheartening. Just a waste of money tonight. And yes, by the pictures you can see that I did taste everything from the chicken to the meat to the roll and that is all I will eat tonight.

The description was American and Filipino food. Right away I knew I had to go. Where I'm from, there are no Filipino restaurants anywhere and I grew up with a lot of Filipino friends, so I was kind of having a craving for some Filipino food. I've driven by this place a bunch of times not realizing what it was. First of all, the place is really cute, rustic and sort of antique. They do have lots of American flags all over the place but given the location, that makes perfect sense. The menu includes burgers, sandwiches, and Filipino food! I tried the chicken adobo plate, which they only serve on weekends, and this was recommended by a gentleman while I was waiting in line to order. Really glad I picked this plate. SO disappointed in this place. We saw the high ratings and…read morewere excited to try it. We went on Labor Day. 1: our waitress was so incredibly RUDE. She had an attitude about everything, forgot drinks, and literally just set everything we got at the end of our table and made us pass it down. What the hell. 2: we specifically wanted somewhere with mimosas. They sat us outside in front of the business and then when we attempted to order mimosas, our waitress told us we could not have them outside. WHY DID NO ONE SAY ANYTHING? Why would you not make sure to mention this to guests before seating them? This alone makes me knock off 2 stars. 3: because we were outside, the sun was beating on us. We had kids with us, and there were sunshades about 1/3 down, so I went inside to ask if we could lower them a bit more. I was told they had to be the ones to do it, and someone would be out soon. They never came and did it so we just adjusted everyone best we could. 4: cherry on top? None of the food was worth the trouble. 10 people and none of us felt it was better than subpar AT BEST. One of our kid's meals was the cold turkey sandwich, and it came out as massive chunks of turkey (like straight off the bird) and stale bread. Nothing else. The pearl waffles taste like straight sugar. No other flavor.

The location right next to Pizza Guys. Not only is it sleek and trendy- there are plenty of tables and chairs (even chargers). The menu has all the drinks from their first location, but this place has an expansive menu of snacks and small meals. Banh Mi French Fries - Hands down the best! If I was in a mood to snack, that would be my go to pick. Tofu Bites - Delicious and light, but needed some dipping sauce which you can ask them over thr counter. Sriracha sauce hit the spot for me. Chicken Bites - Also great, but I think I prefer the other Tofu and Banh Mi French Fries more. The drinks were on par with the same consistency as their first location. If you want to know my fave drink I order from BTC, it is the Earl Gray Milk Tea. I can't find one in the bay area that is on par with the Earl Gray Milk tea here at BTC so it's always a nice treat when I stop by. Last, I have to mention the employees are superstars. Not once have I met an employee that was rushing us and/or rude. They are always kind and friendly. If you are a boba connoisseur like me and are nearby Shasta county, do not pass up on BTC.
