Not a fan of their lattes, I prefer coffee and cotton better or even brewd awakenings. I came in again to give them another try and this time I tried their new breakfast burrito. $7 is not worth it. An egg cut in half with a tomato cut in half and two small tiny pieces of avocado. My tortilla wasn't even warm (please look at my photo) I rather go to ML Shaws down the street and grab a meal with a side of hash browns for the same price at least that will fill me up. read more

My first experience at Frobies was great! I thought Frobies only had ice cream until I went inside! They have everything from coffee to homemade muffins to turkey bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and fresh bagels and muffins. Frobies is conveniently located across from veterans Park in Dracut so before my daughters soccer games or any other sporting events I grab a coffee from Frobies and take it with me on the field. The even cooler part is the seating arrangements inside the café. there are some comfy couches, tables, chairs and Ottomans arranged very privately so you could study, have a quiet conversation or mingle with other people you have not met yet. I want to love this place. The coffee, the scones, the smoothies...they are all delicious. Unfortunately, the aloof hipster vibe of the employees kills me every time i walk in the door. The owner is generally present, but he just seems to be running around in circles all the time and doesnt seem to be bothered by his group of 20-something hipster female employees who need a team of three to make a bagel with cream cheese. it appears there are always at least 4-5 employees working behind the counter and only one or two of them appear to be doing anything. they seem to get annoyed whenever you try to order something, like you are interrupting their social hour. and i mean, i love a pair of yoga pants like everyone else, but the employees always look very sloppy and like they hit the bong in the parking lot right before their shift. you'd think with 5 people working that you'd be able to have quick customer service, but it only appears that each employee is only trained to do one thing. One can work the register, one does the fancy coffee, one does the regular coffee and one makes bagels. When something unexpected happens, like this morning when they ran out of salted caramel syrup for the guest in front of me, all 4 employees on the floor stopped what they were doing and ran in the back to figure out if they had more syrup. there was a line of people waiting and it took all 4 employees to figure out the salted caramel emergency? two people actually walked out during this debacle, but it didnt seem to bother them. by the time i went up and ordered my coffee, the girl completely didnt pay attention to my order and had to ask for clarification on a black coffee and scone twice. i think the owner could cut his prices by not staffing the store with 5 incompetent employees at a time and maybe focusing on one or two employees that can handle the job. it pains me to say all this, as the coffee is delicious, but if the customer service doesnt improve they arent going to be successful. why cant they just open a starbucks in dracut? read more

Delightful cafe! Super clean and full of healthy options, I tried a Farmers natural juice which is kale and strawberries it was delicious. All the staff were busy cleaning when I walked in! This place has it all! Frozen yogurt, ice cream, pastries, many different kinds of coffees, to-die-for smoothies, and a variety of juices. I got the Space Monkey smoothie, and it's honestly the best smoothie I've ever had. This place has a very hip atmosphere about it and has loads of choices - I highly recommend it. If I could, I'd rate it 4.5 stars because I personally found the prices to be a little high, but I also understand it's a new business and also serves mostly organic and local items, which can be costly for the restaurant. :) It's totally worth it, though! Been meaning to review this shop for a few weeks. I had an absolutely amazing first experience at Frobie's Cafe. It feels like EVERYBODY at the cafe is very friendly and very passionate. They know and seem to really love everything on the menu, and are happy to explain anything on the menu for you. The self-serve sundae bar looked great with tons of options. Everything looks fresh and clean. My girlfriend got herself something from the sundae bar and loved all the options. I got a cone. (Then I got another cone when I left. HA!). The ice cream was great. I've had good smore/graham cracker ice cream from a few places, but none of it stacks up to the Smore flavor at Frobie's. My mouth is watering thinking about it. I have to talk about the shop itself. It is a nice big restaurant. It has great seating choices. There are the types of tables and seats that you would expect from a cafe, but there are also nice big couches, comfortable easy chairs, and just a generally great atmosphere. It's a bit of a ride for me to get out to Dracut but this place is definitely worth driving to. Can't wait to go back! read more

This was a favorite spot. However their consistency is not spot on. Sometimes the food and smoothies are on point, sometimes they're really just not that good. Too thick to drink with a straw, too watery, eggs taste gross etc. I don't know what it is but it's too expensive to not be consistently good. What a great find! We came into Frobies in search of bagel sandwiches, and we were not disappointed. With fresh eggs, spinach, and avocado, as well as a wide variety of bagel options, the sandwiches were incredible! It was a very short wait time, and the staff was so friendly and helpful...I would say they definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also got some wonderful coffee. I was very excited when I saw that one of the hundred froyo joints in the area had closed down. When this location reopened as Frobies, i thought that it was just another attempt at froyo. Boy was I wrong. The smoothies here are amazing. Fresh ingredients and many choices all over the sweet and savory spectrum. Great atmosphere to hang out for a while and talk with friends. I would highly recommend the Hyper Monkey which is a chocolate banana smoothy with a shot of espresso. Delicious and energetic! My only complaint is that the hours listed, here, are incorrect. They close at 8. I got there at 7:45 thinking I had at least an hour. Just visited here for the first time - the staff was very pleasant and attentive to my dietary restriction (no dairy). The Raw Rickey is amazing, and the chicken pot pie stew really hit the spot. A staff member kindly pointed out a free spot for me to sit. There was even a little craft fair going on! Frobie's makes my day: flavorful coffee; nice staff; spacious layout; lots of natural light; yummy bagels from bagel alley; some pretty pottery for sale; frappes and hopefully sandwiches one day. If you like french roast style coffee, I buy their dark beans for home use; I think they're fair trade; organic and I know they're reasonably priced ($13/lb). They have flavored coffees too, if that's your thing. A great local independent business. I hope more come this way. read more

The food and drinks are good. So folks really want to support your business. That being said, your servers could really benefit from some lessons in very basic customer service. I ordered 2 coffees and waited 30 minutes because the staff forgot my second coffee. Instead of checking in on me, as i was just standing there for a long time, they ignored me and I had to try several times to get their attention to ask them to check on my order. Also, while I was there another woman who had received a wrong order asked nicely what she could do to avoid future confusion and was told "what difference does it make"? When she then asked to speak to the manager she was told "we are too busy" and then she was ignored by the staff who rolled their eyes at each other while she waited and finally left. These staff are crying out for some training in improving their customers' experience. People are trying to support local business in these trying times and a little appreciation would go a long way. read more

The atmosphere here is fantastic. It's a fun, down to earth shop with great people. My drinks are perfect every time and everything they've suggested to me has been delicious. I can't see going to a Dunkins with Frobie's around. There's coffee, ice cream, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and tons of healthy options including fresh, healthy juices made by knowledgeable, involved people. There are gluten free options and they are more than willing to help you out. I go there on my lunch break almost every day. I suggest an iced coffee with dark chocolate and banana or a cherry blossom / toasted coconut frappe. read more
