I had a few cavities that needed filled and a few to watch - darn my bad genetics! But Dr. Pruett recommended the right routine for me to save me some money, time, and my teeth. They were so sweet and knowledgeable. The office is also smelled nice and not like a dentist office. She plays close attention to detail and does a great job every time! My kids have grown up there and even though my son is in college out of state, he still comes back to get his yearly cleaning. It is an honest family owned business. We have pretty good teeth, no cavities or caps, however, Dr. Kenny is the best at reviewing our teeth and letting us know what we need and what we don't. He or his staff could've mentioned this when we scheduled the appointment, but they did not. I was disappointed I'd have to make a second trip, but I was easy going about it. "Fair enough. Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

I've never felt like they're rushing or I'm kept waiting and they seem to run on time. They're straightforward to work with. I appreciate getting to talk through any questions with them and their proactive approach to address very small cavities so they don't become larger issues down the road. I've never had any major procedures with them other than very small fillings so I can't speak to the experience with more complicated procedures. Their office is a little tucked away within a small professional complex so if it's your first visit, give yourself a a couple extra minutes to make sure you find the right door.
