Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

I mentioned that I tend to gag with dental stuff, so they took extra care when placing the films for my x-rays and the tech kept checking on me and going super slow to ensure my comfort. I had a filling that had mostly fallen out. I was able to reschedule a follow up for two days later (they had them sooner, but it didn't work for my schedule). I asked if I would have to be numbed because I hate the dental shots. She said she was pretty confident she could pop out the old filling and replace it with no to minimal pain and she was right. My tooth hurt the tiniest bit, but I'm pretty sure it was just sensitivity when the cold water blasted it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my new filling and no numb, drooly mouth. They also accept children. My friend's entire family goes and say the dentists are really good with their kids as well. I don't doubt it. Each room is themed. My cleaning was in the Star Wars room and my filling was in the baseball room. There is plenty for kids (or kids at heart) to look at and be distracted by during dental procedures.

I absolutely appreciated the phone call that someone canceled. Dr. Nam was extremely personable, with a relaxed but educational demeanor. As someone who isn't a fan of the density, I appreciated the offering of music or Netflix as a distraction method from the procedure. One thing that was different than my previous dentist is that Dr. Nam didn't do my actual filling. She administered the numbing agents and then another person came in, placed and set the filling, and then Dr. Nam checked this. In my other experiences, the dentist always did the full procedure, so this struck me as slightly odd. Other than that, office is clean, staff is friendly, and both appointments took me nearly on time (within a 5-10 minute window) which I think is pretty good!

Thanks to a delicious fudge covered cookie I was quickly made keenly aware that my teeth could no longer be ignored. Dr. Kruse is an absolute saint. I had a NASTY cavity (first in my life). This crew took excellent care of me. Due to my childhood issues, I was a nervous wreck and I'm sure one of the worst patients they've ever had. Fidgety, clenching, and just being a giant baby. I'm not kidding at all... I felt ZERO pain and still acted as though I did. (4 numbing shots and I felt none of them) They did their work, despite my childish behavior, and I feel 5 years younger. (Left there about 7 hours ago) I'd highly recommend Dr. Kruse to anyone. Friend or foe, it doesn't matter. This fella doesn't want you to hurt. I truly believe he just wants to make your teeth be all that they can be. They also have the coolest laser scan tool that I found endlessly fascinating. Dr. Kruse was kind enough to explain that to me as well. I have another appointment in about 10 days for my permanent crown and I'm actually looking forward to it. Today, 04/23/2026, I needed to make an…read moreurgent dental appointment and was told I missed an appointment back in 2023 and needed to pay a $80.00 balance before I could schedule a new appointment. I have never received any documents showing I have a balance due. My recommendation is not to use this dental practice as they seem to be more interested in making money, then helping people and our community!
