He talked to me like I was a child making snide remarks about how I couldn't bother to listen to him saying it doesn't matter what I want to hear and how I rolled my eyes at him. Which, yes. I did because I had no choice. He sat there and talked at me so defensively and unprofessionally. He did not respect or understand my needs or concerns. Somehow we were derailed so I even said to him, in an attempt to clear the air, that I wasn't trying to disrespect him but I just wasn't interested in talking about night guards, to which he made another snide remark about not listening to him and how I rolled my eyes. I'm not sure why he had to have such a strong and angry attitude towards my disinterest in a nightguard, but it was enough that I had no faith or trust in him or his office. Of course, this set me back $300 as I had to start over at a new dental office, which was worth it as I was treated with respect as a patient.
