Dr. Chen is not only a technically skilled dentist, but is also very friendly and professional. Her practice is exceptionally well equipped, and she has invested in modern, high quality dental equipment to ensure patients receive cutting edge care. She recently fitted me for an overnight night guard and was able to achieve a perfect fit without the use of impressions using a digital scan. While Dr. Chen provides top quality care and is able to provide an extensive array of services, she always puts the patient first and doesn't pressure patients into purchasing unnecessary treatments simply to boost her bottom line. Of all of the practitioners I have visited since the pandemic started, Dr. Chen has been one of the best on COVID safety. Her office is always immaculate, has high quality ventilation, and all rooms are fully sanitized between patients. Dr. Chen and her staff always wear fresh, full PPE with each patient and they only call patients inside once private rooms are ready so that patients are not congregating in the waiting room. They definitely do everything possible to ensure patient safety, which I appreciate.

They constantly cancel appointments, sometimes the day before or even the same day, after you've already made arrangements to be there. I currently have a broken bracket that is causing my teeth to shift, and the change is very noticeable. When I explained my concerns to Becky, she simply shrugged her shoulders and told me the next available ortho appointment was June 2nd. There was no urgency, concern, or empathy whatsoever. Waiting that long for a broken bracket while my teeth are actively shifting is unacceptable, especially considering how much money I've invested into my braces. The old staff used to actually care. If you had a broken bracket or a wire poking you, they would at least try to accommodate you or squeeze you in. Now it feels like no one cares about patient comfort or oral health anymore. All I was told was, "If we have an opening, I'll let you know," and that they would "notate the account." Meanwhile, the broken bracket is on my front tooth and the shifting is clearly visible. At this point, I just want my braces removed so I can go somewhere else that values their patients. It's disappointing because I never had issues with this office before, but the service has become mediocre and the lack of compassion is very noticeable.

She speaks over you, interrupts you, and speaks down to you. Oral bone loss is related to poor hygiene yes but also because of missing teeth, bruxism, poorly fitting dentures, infections, trauma, and systemic diseases and conditions like osteoporosis, diabetes, or hormonal changes. And Corinne even stated that dentists don't know about what causes dental bone loss, how to brush teeth properly, and they (dentists) only have an hour of hygiene in their curriculum. Corinne, I'd be careful how you undercut your own employer because putting your own dentist into a general statement like that doesn't lead to trust in your dentist or the dental practice. The other issue, I heard her berate another client for not having the finances to have quarterly cleanings going as far as to tell the patient that you wouldn't care for her if she didn't commit to the quarterly, every 3 month, dental hygiene plan. The patient stumbled over words trying to plead her financial case and you were flip and disregarded her concerns. This was awful to overhear and then you treated me the same way. I will get my hygiene care from someone who can respect the team they work with and patients they serve.

Upon my return I took the crown to her and she put it back in and charged me $75!!! I spoke to Dawn, office mgr about charge and she was relentlessly to get paid, as she is about every single penny! Dawn is aggressive and not patient/customer focused. She is rude and mean! I have never had an extensive treatment plan like she gave me! My ex is a dentist and never said anything like she suggested I needed. Additionally, Amy was unprofessional and would swear (f word) while treating me. The 2 crowns Amy places were so incredibly painful I asked to have them adjusted etc I was told there was no reason for my pain. However for more than a year I chewed food only on one side due to pain! It was embarrassing my friends noticed my chewing on one Side due to PAIN! I switched dentist. Thankfully I had different insurance and had BOTH crowns she did removed and replaced! New insurance Allowed me the insurance benefit I needed to be able to replace the Ill fitting crowns Amy placed. I suggest not going to Amy, and finding a different dentist.

I'd had horrible tooth pain a few weeks ago that had left me unable to sleep for two nights, and I…read moresuspected the worst. It wasn't my first rodeo: I'd had a root canal three years prior, and while the pain didn't approach that, it was pretty darn close. A visit to my regular dentist, Mark Stevenson, proved unfruitful: He wanted to give me something to stop grinding and refill a cavity--the cavity that turned out to be the tooth that needed a root canal. I know this setup and payoff sounds kind of like a Wayne Wright commercial (probably lost on people not familiar with the tv commercials for the lawyer in Texas), but thank God I stumbled on Dr. Anderson and his team at Keystone Endo. My dentist had said he was going to refer me, but didn't end up, so I Googled an endodontist, praying I could get treatment before my head exploded. Keystone Endo's offices look brand new; they're done in calming shades of blue and brown, and even have a Keurig in the waiting room so you can make yourself all kinds of coffee and tea. When I was brought back to the examining rooms, my very proficient nurse figured out the problem in a matter of minutes via their quick, digital xrays and some sort of -30 degree dry ice type deal they put on your tooth to determine which ones are dead. They started treatment right away, while I was watching television. The pain was gone that night; I didn't even fill my antibiotics or take more than a few advil, and office members have called to check in with me several times since. Specialty dentistry is so expensive and SCARY that it's important to know that you're spending your money with someone who knows what they're doing and cares about their patients. Dr. Anderson's team fulfills all that and more. Makes the holes in my teeth and wallet feel that much fuller.
