Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

I was in tears from the excruciating pain in my upper left jaw and roof of my mouth. I had one surgery and need another in a week. I can't begin to tell you how bad she made me feel for crying in her office and also how much she IGNORED my concerns about necrotizing tissue and bone. I've lost almost half of my soft palate and she wanted me to believe that I was flagged at the pharmacy too. I asked my pharmacist and they said no absolutely not flagged. She just didn't want to prescribe me any decent medicine. She gave me some homeopathic rinse to add insult to injury she would not see me back when I knew something was seriously wrong. Dr. Black let this be a lesson to LISTEN and TRUST patients who are living through the stuff you can't see. I also had to have my sinus cavity sewed up because it was open and mouthwash and drinks were coming out of my nose. 10/10 do not recommend her or this office who Screened my calls until I called with a *67. Go to implant dentistry and periodontocs where they listen and actually help with relief of intense pain. Do better folks. Do better

I was referred to Doctor Matthew Davis for a tooth extraction, as this was my best option to solve my tooth issue. When I called the office, Danielle answered and was able to get me in the same day. I remember Danielle's name for the kindness and helpfulness she provided me during my call, especially knowing she scheduled me for the day of my call, and therefore I knew my pain would finally be gone. Simone (sp?) was Dr. Davis assistant. Simone was personable and knowledgeable which puts you at ease. When Dr. Davis entered the room, likewise Dr. Davis was personable, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of educating me on my procedure. Numbing process was perfect as did not feel a thing during the numbing, and most importantly did not feel any pain during my tooth extraction. Watching and observing how Dr. Davis and his assistants work together was such a perfect display of teamwork. I commented immediately after my tooth was extracted, the team is like a well-oiled machine. No pain during or after the procedure. I commented to my wife, best day ever when I got home. We went in thinking we would only get a consultation and to our surprise they looked at the tooth, took an extra, explained in detail what was going on in my daughter's mouth and set her up to have that painful tooth extracted that day. I think the whole ordeal last less then 3 hours from our time there to the time we left. I loved how detailed their explanation was. The doctor was excellent and so was the dental hygienist that worked with him...she was excellent. I would love to go back to them to get the rest of her wisdom teeth extracted but the new dentist wouldn't give us a referral.
