I had Covid the 1st time and Viral Pneumonia the 2nd time. I have called as instructed, but I have been unable to get in. I have a cracked front tooth and 3 cracked molars. I love Dr. Schroeder and do not want any special treatment at all. I just prefer his practice to others. I will seek treatment elsewhere and pray they continue the great work they did once for me and my family with others. Wishing them nothing but the best. But my needs are not being met and now I must move on.

I've been a patient now for 16 years and after moving away recently I tried a new dentist and had a horrible experience so I actually made a trip back to Indianapolis to have Dr. Bendush and his team clean my teeth. I promise I would rather fly back to Indianapolis from Central Florida and pay for dental work than I would try any other dentist here even if it were free. Dr. Bendush, Jackie, Carey, Nancy, Jerilyn, and Dixie are the best of the best. Their prices are very fair and Dr. Bendush is almost famous for taking the time to explain the procedure in detail and the underlying problem if any as well as solution, choices, and benefits. Thank you Dr. B! I appreciate you PS. This doctor can give you an injection of anesthetic while smiling and having a conversation with you and you never even know that he had a syringe in his hand until your face starts to go numb. I kid you not, getting an injection from Dr. B is like a walk in the park on a sunny day.

Red haired dentist asked why and I reluctantly explained that i was in a bad car accident and had 7 surgeries in 7 months . He told me he needed to take 2 "small " x-rays so he could see the plaque on my teeth. Was going to get a new crown for 1400- they still used fluoride even though I called ahead - cancelled my crown and went to another dentist- Never had a dentist debate me on x-rays and wasn't aware nor do i care if x- rays show plaque. I chose that doc because his educational videos on his website looked promising I thought he had good intentions and I thought he was a pro. They quoted me $5000 to put in 1 crown and a root canal. More than other dentists would've charged + he charged me $5350. The $350 they charges for so called "x-rays" and their website says "new patients - $99.xtrays" I was a new patient and will never go back to him again. He did "complimentary" teeth whitening for me and my teeth got super sensitive during treatment it became pure horror. They still hurt once in a while out of blue. I called the doctor's office asked why I was charged extra $350? They said it was for x-rays. They never told me ahead of time they were going to charge x-tra. He said that everything was included in my $5000 fee. Their office space is like one big closet. Very little space. Only good thing about his practice, they had a good dental hygienist. That's about it.

My daughter did happy smiles at school and realized how much work we truly needed done I yelped a couple places and settled on here. I'll first say they are not on Arlington, completely past it on 21st and Shadeland like you're going towards Franklin in a small strip with a couple other businesses. Walking in they have a cute fish tank in the waiting area. There are crayons and kids stuff in one corner and magazines for adults in the opposite corner. The staff was very warm and welcoming, unlike other places I had taken my daughter before. Our old primary dentist was mine as a teenager so we hadn't strayed far from him (I'm 27 now). My daughter went to Dean and Clark dentistry for her needs and they were rude people but our primary dentist was uncomfortable working on her small mouth. Going from her kids dentist to this new one was amazing. The dentist was so sweet and even made my daughter a balloon animal. He listened to every need we had and scheduled a follow up with enough time for the work. Anyone in the area looking for dentistry work needed I highly recommend you checking out this people. My daughter thought he reminded her of her teacher from school she's in love with. She felt comfortable and safe. Excited to go back and get everything done.

I knew my decision to get an implant as opposed to a bridge would be a long journey. My first experience through today (my next to last appointment before the final crown) has been exceptional. Both Dr. Falender and his staff have been consistently professional, compassionate and courteous. He and his staff have been exceptional at explaining this process and timeline to me and anytime I had questions, my calls were promptly answered and returned. Contrary to the comments left by "Amy P.", Dr. Falender's staff were very proactive in verifying my insurance benefits before the extraction and throughout the (almost year-long) process. Again, his staff was very clear on what would be covered and what my out of pocket costs would be prior to the extraction, which I greatly appreciated. While I hope to not have future tooth extractions, I know that if I need an oral surgeon in the future, my choice will be Dr. Falender and his team.

I was told my out-of-pocket cost would be $250, so I proceeded based on that assurance. After the surgery was completed, I unexpectedly received an additional bill for about $300. When I called to ask why, the employee I spoke with was abrupt and unprofessional. Instead of helping clarify the charge, she pointed to fine print in a signed form and immediately threatened to send me to collections within 10 days if I didn did not pay. I ultimately paid the collections bill to protect my credit, but the situation could have been avoided with honest communication. When I called again, the office manager admitted they never actually pursued the pre-authorization I had requested. I was then told their standard practice is to estimate or "guesstimate" costs based on prior experience with insurers rather than confirm coverage in advance. That approach is not transparent and directly contradicts what I was told before scheduling. Although the manager apologized and accepted responsibility, the office refused to refund my payment after checking with corporate. I also developed a post-surgical complication. Because of this office's limited hours, I had to return to my original dentist for care. My dentist found broken tooth fragments pushing through my gums that had been missed during surgery, requiring additional treatment. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to seek resolution. Even after the office manager had taken blame, the practice actively battled the BBB report. Only after the case was closed did they finally acknowledge their error. That resistance to accountability was extremely frustrating. I chose this office solely because I was given clear cost information that turned out to be only an estimate rather than the verified authorization I requested. Accurate communication about billing is essential in healthcare, and that responsibility rests with the provider. Based on misleading pricing, inadequate follow-up care, and poor accountability, I cannot recommend this practice.
