I have had many months of great service from Frisco Pharmacy and NimbleRX but the last two months were bad. Both times, I got updates saying that my medicine was in preparation, was shipped, and was delivered. Except, none of that was true. In reality, the medicine was backordered and the pharmacy didn't even receive it until a week or more after they told me that they were already preparing and/or had shipped and delivered it. When I called to find out what is going on, I got a totally emotionless lady who didn't argue the facts but also didn't seem to really care. I had ordered specifically so I would have the medicine to take on a trip but then it never showed up despite the "confirmed" delivery. I hope they figure out and fix their problems. read more

Frisco Pharmacy is suspicious. Although my doctor sent my prescription to the WeCare in Sugarland, Frisco Pharmacy texted me to pay with Nimble. I ignored it for a couple of days because I was not expecting a text from Frisco. They called and explained that WeCare and Frisco Pharmacies share a parent company, StarCare. Both pharmacies list, "Family-owned, local Pharmacy" on their websites, which is obviously incorrect. After paying (reluctantly, since Nimble was another name in this confusing situation), I was informed that I would receive the medicine in a few days. I was in pain. The medicine was to relieve the pain. End result: I received the medicine a week after it was prescribed. Summary: WeCare Pharmacy did not fulfill my order, their sister site is suspect, and using them caused a week delay in receiving my prescription. I suggest that you do not use them. read more

Do not let any doctor put a script through this pharmacy. I received medicine that will last probably 2 to 3 months, within days I started getting texts about my medicine is ready or the script is able to pick up or you need to refill your script now. so far in a month or so. I probably received nine texts and actually it seems they have an agency that sent some of these out as well. I will never ever use this pharmacy again. Look at the reviews and you can see they are a terrible place to do business with. I just left a message to stop the scripts renewals, especially through texts. Many of us who just don't need the distraction of getting constant text of no value. read more

The staff is too incompetent to even submit the prescription accurately to insurance and after that knowing lied about it. Save yourself money and time and avoid them. Staff is poorly trained and just rude. read more

Horrible pharmacy. I had a prescription sent to them, but because the delivery was going to take too long. So I had another pharmacy call and get the prescription that closer to my home. This pharmacy charged me twice for the medication. I had to have my credit card shut down and a new one sent out. The fraud department is investigating. When I called to ask the name of the woman she hung up on me. Terrible experience and they practice fraud. They need to be turned in to the pharmacy board. read more

Was contacted today by them and told I had an rx that I needed to pay a 150.00 co-pay and then they lowered it to 75.00 and said it was from a doctor I saw over 3 years ago. They wanted me to pay over the phone. My answer was no and I do not now nor have I ever used this pharmacy. Then they were all happy and pleased to get off the phone with me immediately. I get my prescriptions delivered by this pharmacy and I love it. It was super easy to set up auto refill and they always make sure I get my drugs on time. Customer support has been great and I've had 0 issues with insurance billing. Thanks for being awesome. read more

First time using this pharmacy. Be aware that if you're homebound & MUST opt for delivery, the app will only allow predictive text entries for established addresses. If you live in a newly developed community, which has a central mail box hub, your prescription may be diverted back to the US Postal center for pickup; making the real life reasons for requesting the delivery to your home very challenging; especially if you live in a newly developed community using mail hubs for collection & mail delivery. Example: I made several attempts to enter my address into the Nimble App. It would only allow me to input the community admins' office address. Admittedly, this situation was partly made bad by the nurses' insistence on using Frisco Pharmacy, located 2 hours away; but the Nimble App, used by this pharmacy, is flawed & created a situation where I had to track down my prescription that was ordered 5 days prior. read more

Seriously hands down the worst pharmacy around. I've dealt with them for a few years Bc I was hoping after switching staff it would change. Never did. Pharmacist doesn't care, staff doesn't care. They lose scripts. Change refills, and always have issues with scripts being pulled off autofill. They close early and have no care for their patients. Their voicemail, the web, AND their actual physical door show 7pm close and they close at a quarter to 6 not caring at all!!! Too many great pharmacies around to settle for this kind of service. There are way to many great pharmacies in the area for this one to operate with sub par standards. I called Monday and used the automated system to refill a Rx and request delivery of a rx my daughters dermatologist recommended we had filled here. As of Friday evening I still hadn't received it or heard anything about it. So I tried to request a refill thru the same system and it said it was to soon to refill it. So I called back yet again to leave a message and explain my dilemma. They called back Saturday morning and told me I could come pick up the rx and they closed at two. My family has been sick all week so you can imagine how thrilled I was to have to get out after I had already requested the refill with delivery six days ago. We won't be refilling another rx here as they said their automated system doesn't work and there was no mention of them finding out why so they could fix it. God forbid we had a rx that was higher on the daily need scale and had no contact with the people who were trusted to fill it. As I mentioned before, there are way to many pharmacies in the area for this one to operate at the level it is. Save yourself the frustration, go somewhere else. read more

Just when I thought I'd seen it all, Price gouging with medications related to covid.

They don't return phone calls or answer the phone. I had to drive over once only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed. Why wouldn't they put this on message? I've had to use them for 7 months and 4 have been so hard to communicate with them-no answer during business hours or phone calls not returned. Not a very inviting place. I will make sure the doctor never sends another prescription there. The indian lady, who was the only person I dealt with, didn't make me feel welcome and seemed uninterested that I was there. Also, during this time with us dealing with the pandemic, you would think she would be wearing a mask, which she wasn't. Very disappointing. Prescription was sent to them on a Wednesday with instructions to contact me at my cell number. The doctor told me that they would have the prescription delivered to me the next day. The pharmacy called the wrong number causing delays. On Saturday I spoke witg someone who told me that ahe woukd try to get it to me that day, if not on Monday. After getting home from work on Monday I called to check on the status and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Almost an entire week has passed without my medication. Very poor customer service. I will tell my doctor that she should stop using their services. read more

Please do not under any circumstances let your doctor send a prescription to this pharmacy! You will not get your medicine, they won't tell you you're not going to get your medicine, and they will mark it as filled so no other pharmacy can fill your subscription. Additionally, they won't answer their phone, or if they do, they will put you on hold and never come back to you. If you ever do get to talk with one of the Indian women working there they will be so rude you'll wish you were still on hold. Go anywhere else but here, especially if you really need your script to actually be filled. read more

Very, very poor customer service. A most nonchalant attitude, very uncaring, non-apologetic. The woman I have had to speak with for the four or more times I have had to order this prescription is most unhelpful. Their recording states they open at 8:00 am but no one ever picks up until 9:00 am. I ordered the prescription on Sunday night this week. I also stated that we were leaving town on Thursday morning early which would require them to get the prescription to me today, Wednesday. No one even bothered to pick up the order on their call-in system. Therefore, it was not sent out. I will be changing this to another pharmacy! read more

Do not waste your time with this awful place. They had to send out our compound to another pharmacy. They told us they would call us and no one ever called. When I called to follow up, they said they couldn't fill the script, but they never called to tell us that! Good thing I followed up! They could not answer my questions, were very unhelpful, and they were unapologetic about mishandling our script! Stay clear of this place! read more
