Not sure it it was just a small window they had to restock in the middle of their shifts or maybe Monday night / Tuesday morning is a big day for them. Anyways the energy felt high in the place. Came for a late lunch because I missed it earlier in the day plus some snacks and an energy drink since I was in the middle of traffic heading back down to San Diego and still had 2 hours left. Got an Italian sandwich fr the deli. A Celsius. Some energy cookies. And gummy bears. It all came out to about 22 dollars. Parking is good. I needed help finding a specific item, and even though Rick was busy, he took the time to help me locate it. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. I would also like to recognize Angie. I shop at this store regularly and see her often, and she is always kind, friendly, and helpful. During this visit, I was looking for an item, and she also went out of her way to help me find it. Angie consistently provides excellent customer service and always makes customers feel welcome. Employees like Rick and Angie are the reason I enjoy shopping at this store. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly make a difference. I was being charged extra weight on some oranges after an employee changed the code of the fruit. Changing the code or description of an item should not change the weight of an item. For context I selected Naval oranges because that was the description on the produce bin. The employee selected LG Naval oranges. Somehow the weight was 2lbs heavier than my selection. The price was the same per lb for both selections but it went from charging me $7 and change to $11. When you don't pay attention and this is happening on all your produce, how much are we being overcharged on these already high prices? Also when i asked if someone else could assist me because the employee wasn't understanding the concept of weight, she said no one else was working. I did not want a manager simply someone else than the person giving me a hard time.
