Guys working the meat department told me "you have to speak spanish, if you dont speak spanish i cant help you" seriously?! The beef products ive been buying for 6 months, according to them, "were never sold there" i know language barrier exists and its totally understandable but why tell me he wont help me if i dont speak spanish? I like them a little crispy, and these were exactly right. Beyond the great food, Sipriana herself was a total vibe. After a long week, her energy was such a mood booster. I hope she gets a shoutout from her employer because that kind of positivity and customer service really stands out.

I stopped by recently and honestly thought they were going out of business. Everything was rearranged, and some shelves were completely bare. There were signs posted throughout the aisles directing you where to find items, but it made it confusing. I usually like to be in and out, and this made that nearly impossible. It has its own private lot, parking is so easy. The store is well maintained and clean. But the best part is that the employees are all so friendly and helpful. Every time I go, I am greeted warmly, asked if I need help finding anything, how my day is going, etc. Prenisha is especially warm and friendly, and as the sales ambassador, is always sampling great new items for the customers and offering suggestions. Amanda, Chyna, Hailey, Alanna, Nia Destiny and Lulu are all just as sweet and helpful, as are all the other staff there whose names I don't know quite yet. Shoutout also to Stacey the manager who I always see out on the floor helping her staff, and who is always really helpful when I ask her anything.
