The croissant was pretty but it wasn't a tasty fluffy flakey croissant. It was a bit dense. Also neither pastries were heated up. The kouign amann was the most disappointing as we took a bite and it was SOUR. Not feeling it. Neither of us liked it and we tossed it. I think they put passionfruit in the filling and it ruined the whole thing. Had it been labelled we would have selected a different pastry. Before I left I also ordered a Matcha ($7.25) for the road... WARNING... For some reason they put maple and cinnamon in their matcha. I should have been more clear with which one I was ordering. It wasn't like toss-it awful but it was like mhmm, would have liked it better without the maple and cinnamon.
