Do not buy disposable vapes here. Bought 2 flum vapes. The first had zero charge and the second had no bottom and was flashing as soon as I took it out of the sleeve. I had literally left about 5 minutes before. The attendant would not exchange them and said that he told me to try them in the store before I left and to come back in the morning to see a manager. I did not hear this. Maybe it was because of being muffled by the mask. Also, why would I remove my mask and vape indoors when there were other customers in the store? Make sure to check your receipt. The clerk with glasses and an injured hand up prices items. This is the second time I've caught him trying to steal money by charging more than what's being shown on the price tags. Not cool. The item in question was dog food. They have small alpo brand for 1.99 and large pedigree for 2.99 and he tried charging for me for the large can when I got the small one and when I demanded my money he wanted to see the price tags and then tried to justify it by saying the small can was prime cuts. But the labels only say pedigree 2.99 and alpo 1.99. Nothing at all about prime cut nonsense. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AT THIS LOCATION. read more

While at the store, I wanted to redeem a free reward which I obtained through the Circle K app (a fountain drink). Without explanation, they wouldn't honor it. This man and woman (I'm assuming were the managers) told me to try one of the Circle K stores found inside the gas stations. They were very rude about it and had a don't care attitude. My son Ricky was just there today after 9 with his grandfather. They had a big tire blowout on his green Dodge Ram (Can't miss it). My son ran in to get extra ice (after paying for a Polar Pop and 2 cups of ice), and the older man who runs it charged him the full amount! Ricky is autistic. We will not be using your Circle K ever again! I have 36K followers on Twitter, and I am going to let them know NOT to frequent that Circle K! My son apologized to the old man about the extra ice (why Ricky apologized, I don't know why), but he said "NO SORRIES!" to him, and upset him. If I were there, he would be the one who's sorry. Watch out for the older Indian man who I found out upon asking is the manager. I've been going to this store for years now. I usually buy the same Livingston wine that is $6.45 (cheap wine.) When paying for the wine, the guy kept punching in different numbers and then tried to charge me $19.99 for that usually inexpensive wine. I kept telling him that the price listed in the window says $6.45, and he kept arguing. I ended up leaving and not paying for it because he was clearly trying to overcharge me to make more money. I went in 2 days later at night when he wasn't there, and the $6.45 price had been ripped off when 2 days before it was there. The different clerk that rang me up charged me the normal $6.45 + tax price. The clerk told me that the manager has done that in the past where he makes his own prices up. I even looked up that same wine, and Total Wines sells it for $4.99. Also, I don't think it's right that he has a minor working behind the cashier at times. The kid seems to be a family member, and he doesn't look older than 14. Is that even legal? Be careful if you buy from this place. read more

Went in for a hot dog before my golf game around the block. They looked like dark sticks with oily grease as the lady in the front said they put them in 3 hours ago, looking more like 3 weeks ago ATLEAST. And told me if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. I said of course I'm going somewhere else I don't want to get sick and wouldn't feed that to my dog. As her son (underage) started to defend his elder with the aged hotdogs by saying he barely put them in. Smh. Does that make me want to eat them any less? Lol. Cmon. I'd never go there again. I give this place a 4 stars because I have been coming to this liquor store since my years in high school. The two main employees who have been working there since then are just to awesome! As a customer when ever you don't have change the employees will pull that extra change from their tips. Not only once but they do this a lot to help out the customers. It's because they like working in this local circle k they have been working there for a really long time. Not only that but the store is always very clean and neat. In this local store they have the Bob Marley Tea's which are very hard to find in gas stations or other liquors. I don't drink alcohol however I think it's the Beer Cave is pretty cool. Our son has the Circle K app on his phone. He uses it for free coffee or soft drinks in Texas all the time. He had a lot of points and went in to this business today but they turned him down and said they wouldn't honor his purchase. He had to pay for it, instead of using his points. If their businesses are not going to honor the program, why have the app in the first place. The people didn't try to apologize or explain--he said they were rude, disinterested, and hardly spoke to him. He is certainly down on California. read more

Recently opened in the new Norwalk Town Center, this Circle K is shining example of what a convenience store should be. Maybe its because the building and store are new, but this place rocks. The store is bright and open with high ceilings, the floor is nice looking tile with stone accents on the walls. There is a walk-in beer cooler! In a Circle K! I can't believe either. Added bonus: cold six packs of Four Loko. The selection of fountain drinks is broad, I don't really drink that stuff but it is noticeable. There are two freezers of ice cream, one for tubs of ice cream and a smaller slide-open one for bars and those popsicles with the gumball eyes. Those eyes mmmm. Lots of coffee and other treats and drinks and bullshit, I'm getting tired of writing, and this is a Circle K after all. Right off the 5 freeway too, the location is pretty sweet, and the parking lot has multiple entrances and exits so it doesn't get too crazy up in there. read more

Stay away! I've been in this place a few times, but only for the convenience of the proximity to other establishments in the area. I've never had a good experience, but until today, I've never had a bad experience. After doing business next door, I brought my 12 yo daughter in to grab some snacks. While shopping around the only employee in the store was on his cellphone in what seemed like a heated argument with the person on the other end. When we went up to the register, we waited there for a few minutes in full view of this employee. Eventually he came over to ring us up, but he never broke from his argument. After he ringed up the items, I instead my card to pay, and selected $10 cash back. The machine had a sticker saying there was a 75 cent charge for cash back, which was fine, and I assumed automatically added on. When the cash drawer opened, I asked for 2 $5 bills. That's when the employee finally spoke to me. He told me that I was supposed to tell him I wanted cash back so he could add the 75 cent charge. I asked him if I was supposed to wait for him to end his argument on the phone in order to do so. He didn't like my reply and proceeded to deduct the 75 cents from my cash back. When I was going to ask for the manager, that's when I noticed his name tag that said MANAGER. I have stepped in this establishment for the last time today. The guy working is rude, creepy, and plays ridiculously loud, terrible music to the point where you can't even hear him say the total. I told him I couldn't hear him and he gave me and my son a terrible look... TURN THE LOUD SCREAMING RIDICULOUS MUSIC OFF!!!!!! NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR THAT.
