Long story short went in to the location in Santa Fe springs Ca. Washington and Sorensen location. Wanted to pump $50 in gas and grabbed an energy drink. I wanted to redeem my dollar off my Chevron app, system was showing I had only 10 cents a gallon. Told the girl never mind I'll take the energy drink only. I guess she wasn't paying attention. Asked her for 2 lottery tickets. I give her the amount owed . I guess she didn't remove the gas like I had asked, so when I told her I didn't want the gas she snapped her little snarky attitude threw my change and tickets on the counter at me and walked away to the back. I walked up to another guy and asked him if he was the manager and he replied "oh no my coworker that walked to the back is" I told him someone needs to talk to that girl. Now I understand everyone has bad days but this wasn't the issue because when I walked up to that counter initially she smiled and we made small talk. It wasn't until I told her to remove the gas it became a big deal. Now I'm not an EFFIN little kid to have this poor mannered , unskilled , poor child minded individual to be throwing anything at me. I could have went about this a different way or if this were someone else she was assisting they probably would have let her have it. Do what you wish with this information. I already filed a complaint and I want a call back from whomever it is who going to take this serious. This happened on 12/14/23 between 11:05 and 11:15. I would like a call back.

However, I am a firm believer that getting gas shouldn't have to test your patience. Why have a membership to wait 15+ minutes for gas? The best part about this location is that the wait is minimal. Yes, even on the weekends and evenings. It could also be because this location is somewhat hidden. However, during the pandemic the wait was about 10 minutes. Nowadays, I don't see myself in line longer than 5. So my conclusion is... 1. This location is newer than others so less well known. 2. It is somewhat hidden so people overlook it. 3. Lol Since my last visit a few years ago the store looks a bit remodeled and I like the look of it. It's a big store I grab a cart which has seen better days and get started. My opinion on this location and Grocery Store. It's a well stocked store. Produce Aisles Stocked with produce fruit and vegetables top quality produce clean ripe and in my opinion some of the best produce and vegetables rivaling Whole Foods, Costco and Trader Joe's quality. I bought peaches and apples ripe and delicious. Meat Awesome quality of meat, chicken, steaks beef and more. I found reasonably priced organic chicken legs and thighs I bought three packs. I'm soo pleased I'll continue to shop here for chicken. Aisle for aisle I found soo many food items I buy on a regular basis that are considerably less than the markets I shop. Mexican food products are in big quantity at this store I found and purchased bomb habanero salsa and spanish rice and I'll be back for more. Jamaican food products are here and I'm excited. I cook Jamaican Food and will definitely buy from food 4 less. They have soo many items I'm interested in I had to stop myself and only spent $50 this time but I will be back in a week and buy my monthly food staples and household goods. This gas station is located on the corner of Stewart & Gray and Paramount, which sucks especially when the kids are going to or leaving school. It makes it almost impossible to enter or leave this place. Other than that it's a few cents cheaper than the Chevron around the corner from my house. They have a small convenience store to grab a snack before you hit the road. There is also a mechanic here for car services like changing oil and things like that. This gas station is a-ok I will just have to make it a point to come during hours that are more convenient so I am not waiting to get in or leave.
