A policeman walked in behind and he gets a big welcome.. So I am walking down the isle and I have eye contact with the lady and she does not smile wave not one thing.. Let me start off by saying, its christmas eve... I literally just got back from this 7-11 and I've never had a worse experience ANYWHERE. My trip here just made my gf and i so stupid pissed...the kind of pissed where you dont even have a response as it happens. Anyway, I created a yelp account just to review THIS place (sad i know, but thats how infuriated i am). Basically, we went to 7-11 to get $50 worth of scratchers (to use as stocking stuffers)...we were standing there, originally the first ones in the store during our visit and needed some time to decide which scratchers we were going to buy. A few moments later people end up trickling in and one customer gets in line--okay so we communicate to the customer who just got in line to go ahead of us as we were still deciding-this is the crazy part... the clerk, an older gentlemen with a mustache has the nerves to say "will you hurry up, your wasting my time, i have other things to do" uhhh....my gf and i stand there, puzzled. *we weren't even there for longer than 2 minutes... he then proceeds to say something along the lines of "thats the problem with the US, everything is fast pace" basically saying to our face that we're being a nuisance at 11:00pm at night--keeping him from doing his deliveries and restocking ice and ??? blah blah blah. REALLY? THATS MORE IMPORTANT to you then helping some patrons in your store? I respond to his comment by asking "arent you going to be here all night anwyays?" he replies with a "yes." anyway.. we left w/o buying any scratchers and this experience just boggled my mind given the context of the whole thing. We did absolutely nothing to irritate this guy... who knows... perhaps simply visiting this location during xmas eve was enough... but man, this guy had the nerve to complain about what would have only been a few minutes to help us out... an easy 50 bucks spent there, but nope. read more

He gets mad and pointing the bun at me and start throwing attitude at us. Just wouldn't shut his mouth up and going all crazy, won't admit he heard us wrong. He's definitely needs mental help. This 7 eleven is fine! In the morning! Everybody is nice and all seem to work good together. The evening crew is just plain RUDE! What they're doing working with the public, I don't know? One day I bought a cup of coffee and was at the counter where cream, sugar & the such are located. I had not wanted to put the cream & sugar inside my coffee while inside the store just because it makes a bit of a mess & because I don't want to be in there longer than I have to be. So here stands the woman telling me that I've stuffed my pockets with creams and sugars! NOT TRUE! so she told me I can't come in there anymore! They have said (a couple of times) I took something when I did no such thing! I told them check the video, they never brought it up again. That's just two incidents. These people need to find a job more suited to there attitudes. I am NOT the only person who have had problems with these two people. I'm just the only one who will post about it! read more

A while back one of the workers, possibly a manager - hes usually in the back when I come in, approached me because he says that im wasting product, I tell him I use a little less than a LARGE cup of coffee, he supposedly thinks I pour the whole cup down the sink. I explained to him my process and he finally understood. Then a bit later I've been using their sink to rinse my reusable bottle before refilling it. And he tells me that I have clogged the sink because something I've put down it. I Explained that its only brewed coffee and ice that goes down it, basically whats left which usually isn't much that goes down the drain. He finally understands again. Now I understand that they can't control what the customers say or do, but I encountered a bad customer. I was getting my coffee early in the morning and looked at the creamer carousel no one was in it. So I moved it slightly 6-7 inches so I can reach the one I wanted. I was almost done grabbing the one I wanted when it was ripped back and this lady looked at me like I inconvenienced her and she made a noise that sounded like UGH, I let it go I didn't say anything to her. I reached further for my creamers because although her hand wasn't actively grabbing any creamers I didn't want to piss her off further. She leaves towards the front to pay presumably, she comes back around and was at the end of the aisle when it sounded like she was talking to her friend or on the phone and she said "He was about to get punched." Seriously? Over moving the creamers? I voiced the concern to the one worker that's always there when I go in. Anyway, Moving along to about 2-3 weeks since that incident and that same lady says I'm being disgusting and letting the top of my reusable bottle touch the dispenser spout, mind you it was just sanitized and rinsed and I don't drink directly from the bottle - I pour it in a cup and mix it with hot chocolate and it was not touching the spout. and I tell her this, and she walks off saying it disgusting. She complains, which I don't hear about til a couple days later in which the guy in the back comes out to complain again to me about that and wasting coffee and water again, he came and complained to me after cleaning up a spill I accidentally did which was not much, I was just rinsing out the rag that's left to clean up spills and he shows up to tell to me about what this lady complained about. And I said oh really? Did she also tell you that she wanted to punch me because I turned the creamers to my direction and she ripped it back? No? Exactly shes making complaints to start stuff, and plus the bottle was not touching the spout. He essentially takes her side. From the reviews I've seen it seems that there are a lot of issues with 7-11s in general. Would it be safe to say we need to send the workers to a proctologist to have a stick removal procedure done? read more

You ask them a question automatically give you attitude even the owners smh, not sure how they even get business. The skinny... Clean, organized and service is good too. They have a wide selection of snacks and drinks and the 5 o's are around a lot so you feel pretty safe. Only down side, if you come here for some last minute items like milk or toothbrushes, they can be pricier than your local Wal Mart. Other than that, I've been coming here for years (back when they had Street Fighter) and will keep coming back. read more

Worst place ever. I gave the guy a 5 dollar bill and he said I only gave him a 1 dollar bill. He made me look bad in front of other customers and said, " look at this guy trying to get free money" the worst customer service. The guy is a thief. This guy is so low that I just walked out. He was getting aggressive and other customers told him to calm down. I would love to use a bunch of colorful language on here but this review would get deleted. GREED! One of the only 7-11 locations that actually charge $1.39 to refill soda fountain drinks that I have EVER been to. They also INTENTIONALLY price the 7-11 products well above $1.99 so that no one may get them for free using the 7-11 application. When I visited there - a woman who tried to act sincere, (nice try) went out of her way to try to say that these things were all dictated to them by the corporate office - and spent a considerable amount of time doing so. The truth can be stated in very few words - lies are almost always a long story. Always an insult to have someone tell an extended lie - and assume that they're talking to an idiot. Funny that 999% of the other 7-11 stores do not perform these activities. GREED is indeed a sin - and they are guilty without question.
