I ordered their mushroom and swiss smashburger and paired that with a side of sweet potato fries. The burger was good flavor but with how thin the patty is, I would have liked a little more mushroom and a little less arugula. I also would, in the future, add that second patty in there to beef it up a bit (no pun intended). The fries were perfect and crisp outside with a soft warm inside. I do wish there was a caramel or syrup dipping sauce with them but they again had good flavor as is so it's not a big deal to eat them plain. I'd say overall McCall's is a great option if you're looking to try some good craft beer, watch a game, or just get a simple bite to eat.

Our server came by almost immediately to take our drink order, and I wish I had caught her name--she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the 1760 Rita frozen margarita along with a water, and for my meal, I went with the Fried Chicken Buffalo Wheat Wrap. I swapped out the blue cheese crumbles for cheddar and added a side of fries and a small cup of hot honey sauce. The wrap and sauce were fresh and absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the fries were slightly cold, which is the only reason for the 4-star rating. Other than that, everything--from the food to the service to the overall vibe--was excellent. You can imagine those who arrived early are getting impatient. Good thing is that our server put everyone at ease and host-crisis averted! Almost everyone ordered steak and everyone was super happy with the quality of meat. Of course the Texas size overwhelmed us and seeing so much leftover was sad (all staying in hotels and no way to take doggie bags). She ended up taking it home with her. You usually know what you're getting when you come to one of these establishments, and you are good with that. Wanted a steak. That's one thing I can't stand! We brought it to our server, Bella's, attention and she promptly assisted us and stabilized the table. During the course of our brunch the manager (I presume) also checked in to make sure our table was cooperating (which it was). Bella provided great service to us.
