I forgot how much I enjoy Friendly's ! With there not being one in my area I have not had the pleasure of visiting in a while. I stopped at the Lebanon Pa location and was not disappointed. The shrimp and lobster quesadillas was delicious and my sundae was just as good . The restaurant was clean and spacious and our server was friendly. read more

My kids decided on Friendly's for dinner the other night, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. It was a really slow night as I recall, and you could tell that the staff was in no hurry to seat you at a table. By the time we finally got situated, our silly waiter came out with the menus and games for the kids to play with. There was nothing unusual about our orders that would seem to throw off the kitchen staff, but apparently, there was some sort of problem with how they were preparing the food that night. My wife ordered beef that tasted like chicken, and I had ordered a cheeseburger that wasn't cooked properly. After three bites into the burger, I felt a piece of the uncooked meat drop off in my mouth. Such a horrible taste that it made me sick to my stomach. The goofy waiter noticed that my food was not cooked properly, but didn't do much to make me feel better, either. Before you decide to go here for the ice cream, I would strongly advise you not to. read more

everything was great from the min we walked into paying and leaving! The food tastes fresh and amazing.

Riding over the ridge it seemed like forever since we had seen a place we could find family friendly food. Nestled in a plaza, the familiar Friendly's was a welcome sight. This little spot had room at the Inn and although bustling had enough seats an entire team could have fit. Our server, Emma was amazing. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about but we were in and out in a jiffy. read more

Food was delivered as ordered. Great taste and quality. Ice cream is always the best.

Another hit or miss location here. Old standards such as hamburgers, soup, and salad are wise choices for the price and quality. Of course, Friendly's is best for ice cream. Save some appetite for an ice cream sundae that's always a treat for all ages. Service is very good. The location is perfect following VA appointments. I love having an old favorite! read more

Friendly's - Corner room with windows on sides is good seating! - Burgers Near Me - Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Friendly's has always been one of my favorite regional chains; growing up I ate at quite a few in Pennsylvania. My main one was in Palmyra, but I frequented this location and the one in Hershey. As Friendly's hit hard times, they closed many of their locations; I was happy at least this one stayed open in the area. I recently came back here due to having coupons. My mother, grandmother, and I had lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was not busy and the staff was attentive and friendly. Friendly's is located along Quentin Road south of Lebanon. It's in an area filled with restaurants and local shopping options. The area isn't doing as well, but this location still seemed happy. The restaurant stands alone in its own colorful building. The dining room isn't large, but has comfortable tables, high tops, and booths. We sat near the window; it was nice to be in the sun on a cold day. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. The menu has gotten larger and more unique since last I've eaten here. I tried one of their specialty burgers and loved how it was cooked and tasted- everything was fresh and crisp. The fries were thin cut and yummy. I was thrilled with their strong and delicious fresh brewed iced tea. Of course eating you, you have to have their ice cream! They have countless options. I opted for the peanut butter and chocolate mix; it was so sweet and good. Be sure to check for coupons and other offers. It's a great place to come with kids or families. read more

I really try to like the food bc I like the ice cream so much. Sadly it's not working. TV dinners would be an improvement. Exceeding salty. The turkey is brown. I've never seen brown turkey before. Corn is tasteless. Consistently The worst French fries anywhere. How does that get messed up? Real huge bummer. On the bright side the employees are great. I come here for the ice cream and have consistently had great service. It's clean to. read more

The GrubHub delivery was perfect and I am impressed that eggs cooked in different manner were absolutely correct in the way they were made. My only complaint is that the delivery packaging which is excellent for our Earth, but not so great for eating sunny side or over light eggs. The cardboard soaks up the yoke. I applaud the packaging for everything but fried eggs. I recommend. read more

I ordered beef stroganoff and a cup of coffee from Friendly's Lebanon Pa. .. The coffee was weak and watered down . The beef stroganoff was high in salt , the worst part was the beef , the beef was chewy , it tasted over microwaved. For $13 not worth it I brought it up with the waitress , The waitress acted as if she didn't hear me . I understand the lack of employees , It sure shows it . I should of taken photos but my phone was in my car . read more

Today my husband and myself went to eat lunch at Friendly's in Lebanon Pa. What a mistake!! We both ordered the Fish and chips dinner. Well, the fish was terrible, like rubber and slimy. We called the waitress over and she took my plate to show the manager. When she came back she stated that 5 people have complained that the fish was spoiled. My husband only took a few bites and I only took one bite not able to bite through it. My question is...... if other people complained that it was spoiled, WHY did they keep serving it?????????? We never ate there before and were happy to see it was a place of business that was finally reopen. Well they better close their doors again. Makes me so angry that they would risk someone becoming ill with all the illness going around now. Just to make a dollar. Shame on you Friendly's!! read more

Not a fan. The food wasn't fresh. I wish it was better! 4th time here and never been impressed.

My mother in law and her friend were out to lunch yesterday (2/4/2020) and after they left their waiter came running out to them and yelled "where's my money?" My mother in law and her friend were sure they left the tip on the table and the guy said I was expecting a $20 tip for that! So being in an obviously uncomfortable position and thinking they possibly didn't leave a tip by chance gave him the rest of their change from lunch. When they got home they checked their purses and pockets and couldn't find the money they left for a tip so they definitely left one. How terrible of a person must you be to have the audacity to rob senior citizens at lunch. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to the friendlys in hershey if you are in the area. My friend, daughter and I had the worst service. Larger parties who came in AFTER us left before us! We were there for almost 2 hours and it was a Wednesday evening they weren't even busy. Not to mention my friend and I split the check, gave our server both of our cards, and he put the whole bill on hers and nothing on mine! (& we only found out because I checked my bank statement the next morning) I definitely wouldn't recommend this Friendly's to anyone. read more

Well, as someone who is a fan of ice cream, I went here after rehearsal with 10 friends. I know everyone had their choices of what to eat. I got a Fribble and the Loaded Waffle Fries (I love waffle fries.) The lady serving us was very friendly and very helpful as well. I know I don't go here too often because of Distance, but seriously, you should try this place out if you're near Rt. 72. read more

This place used to be so good. Today it was not. A friend and I went for lunch and first off the place was freezing like a walk in freezer. Secondly the waitress acted like she couldn't care if we came in or not and third the whole atmosphere has changed. We used to love coming here but now instead of the cute baskets the food is put it, it is just put on a plate like it didn't matter. The french fries were not the way they used to be. I got hot dogs for my husband at home and he said they were terrible and they don't even offer relish or any toppings for a hot dog. It's too bad but I have to say bye bye Friendlys. read more

Good food if you like grease. Add more healthy items to the menu.

Ugh, talk about a wretched dining experience. If you can't ace service on a slow Thursday evening then theres a problem. Here's how it went...my daughter asked if we could have a "girls night" and go out to eat while my youngest was away on an overnight trip with school. I agreed and originally she wanted to go to Infinito's but changed her mind at the last minute and asked to go to Friendlys instead. We *never* eat there and now I remember why. We wwre greeted kindly and it was all downhill after that. The first words out of my mouth when our waiter left after taking our drink order were "Whoa, what is he on?!?" Our entrees both came with fries that were still uncooked when served to us. My burger was subpar, nothing special. Upon leaving, no one ever took the check. I grabbed it thinking maybe you just pay on the way out. Another nice kid took us back into the dining room to clear the tab and apologized for our waiter stating, "Dont mind him. He has a heroin addiction" and was obviously using while on the clock. By this point my $35 tab was paid but the young manager comped us meal coupons which I dont ever intend to use. I could've paid $10 at McDonalds for a better meal and better service. The fact that you have active, using addicts serving people good is beyond disgusting, let alone the influence he may have on your other young staff members. read more

Sad to say, I can't give Friendlys a good review. The dining room was awkward to sit in, the plates came out dirty, the floor had trash scattered everywhere, and the fish sandwich I ordered came out soaked in greasy grossness. I was very disappointed. It was the first time I had been there in over 10 years, and I won't ever go back. The server we had was very good, that was the only good part. We were there march 13, 2015. read more

Dishes were dirty food was only ok I don't recommend Eatting here. Silverware covered in food bits.

I commend the manager on duty tonight. We had some displeasure with our ice cream order because we waited 45 minutes. Dinner came quickly but it was very frustrating waiting that long for our desserts. The manager made us feel better with how she handled our displeasure. Hey, everyone messes up now and again and all we can do is try to make it right. And the manager did. read more
